Everyone was very nice

Brian made the difference. Even though we had to completely make new glasses from the first pair, Brian was committed to making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the end product. The staff at the Louisiana location…
The staff at the Louisiana location were all wonderful! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and everything was rubbish very smoothly and efficiently. I appreciate the help staff even provided looking after my son for a moment as I went into the exam room. They all went above and beyond. Much better experience than my first visit which I woukd have rated a 2.

I would have given 5 Stars if I wasn't in the Waiting area for almost 2 HOURS...
