Friendliness of staff, ease of appointment, cost.

I had gotten new transition bi-focal glasses six months ago. They worked well during the day, but I found that they darkened at night from the glare of oncoming vehicles, making it impossible to see the road. I had to take off my glasses to see, which was not optimal. I was able to get new glasses with a lower transition and anti-glare that help improve my ability to see better at night. It's not perfect, but definitely an improvement.

It was great! I was on vacation and broke my glasses. Alex and the team did everything to get me replacements within the hour! All in all they helped me out in a stressful situation and saved my trip out!

I was disappointed on how front person or other employees did not asked to help look or show were the lower frames. This time I was not happy with the service did not get good service.

Took more time than anticipated to get glasses

All The employees there are very respectful and courteous. I had absolutely no issue at all when I went there for my first time . I had picked up my other pair of glasses weeks after my appointment and they found my glasses and fixed them to my liking really fast and easy . I highly recommend stanton optical.

Easy to make appointment when I walked in. Relatively quick time to get both pairs of bifocals. Price was a little more than advertised.

Good service people working doing a good job

Alex Sanchez frightened me with his threats of throwing me out of the store since I was upset at being ignored. Not one employee greeted me or even looked at me when I entered to pick up my glasses. He lectured me like an angry dad about treating people with respect after screaming at me for interrupting his lengthy conversation with another employee behind a closed door as I stood waiting for help. He shouldn't be in a managerial position with that temper and bullying behavior and the employees of the store need better training. Don't ignore customers - if you're busy say, "I'll be right with you." Common courtesy and good business practice. A complaint to Attorney General's office is in progress. I became ill from the treatment I received that day.

The selection is terrible. The 2 for $79 selection is a joke. If you want something to look half way decent or a basic black frame you have to upgrade to the other more expenxive color options.

My wife and I went in and were seen right away. We picked out our glasses and they were ready within an hour. Great service.
