The ladies were very nice and very helpful and knowledge in their work. Very professional to the customers. I will be returning for more glasses thank you ladies you were all the best yup yup

My glasses we completely messed up and took weeks longer than I was told

Employees were rude. They were giving me prices on the exam without even asking if I had vision insurance. They sold me lenses without explaining the options in lenses. I was texted twice that my glasses were ready and upon showing up they weren’t.

Such nice, helpful people working here, especially Maria.
I liked that there was such a wide variety of frame selections.

I would like the doctor to be present in person not on a screen

While my experience didn’t start perfectly, the way this company resolved the issue completely turned it around. Their team was attentive, respectful, and committed to making things right. It’s clear they care about their customers, and that goes a long way. I appreciate the effort and would gladly recommend them.

All the staff there were so helpful and understanding! As many times i asked for my glasses to be fixed they were really patient doing their job even though i had to exchange the model at the end. Everything was an excellent experience!

Five stars goes to the staff at the Atrisco location. This location’s staff Maria, Ashley, the eye technicians, are the most professional and polite staff I have seen. These amazing women do their jobs with patience, and expertise. You have really good employees at this location, Stanton Optical. Please hire more staff so you don’t burn out fantastic employees

The customer service wasn't that great, seems like you have to try and get there attention and the wait takes longer. Customer service needs to be worked on.

The McDonalds of eye care. I didn’t even see the doctor. The underpaid tech did the exam and the doctor “signed off” on it. Gave me bad information over the phone TWICE. Had to reschedule the first time. So expensive. Took FOREVER. It was like a puppy mill. Completely understaffed

I don't like the fact that there's not a optometrist to actually talk to. Not one that's behind a screen. Other than that my glasses are good.

Loli and Ashley were very helpful and both very sweet. They made this process super fun and easy. The next day, I took my daughter in and we met Maria and another young lady. Both of them were wonderful. You're definitely hiring the right people for the job.
