My initial response was one of disappointment because one of the six volumes sent to me was damaged - the back cover bent backwards and torn in the shrink wrap. However, Stanley Gibbons responded so quickly and so effectively that I think that you have redeemed yourselves in my eyes. A happy customer am I.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly. My only issue would be that from date of payment I received no advice on when the item might be sent. I rang about a week fter purchase to find it was "sitting ready to go". Would have been nice to be told.
