Must say how perfect the quality of the jewellery is! I ordered from store in 2021 and haven’t taken it off since! I wear it anywhere possible and it’s not a single bit damaged or changed. I bought a gift for my sister, and I have to say, the bracelet is 100% beautiful. She absolutely loved it! I've always struggled to find a reliable store, but I truly believe these are the best value on the market. The packaging was great, and the fast, free delivery was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend!

It's our aim to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied with their overall experience and we aim to ensure all 'Made to order' items are processed, created and shipped out to the customer within the 2 weeks (working business days) that we advertise on all personalised 'Made to order' items.
Your order was processed with us on the 22nd February 2023 and was shipped out for you on the 13th March 2023. Which is within our 2 weeks (working day) waiting period for All Made to order jewellery orders. 💘
We also state on our delivery methods that our next day delivery is not available for 'Made to order' orders. However, as you did select the option we shipped out your jewellery with a next day delivery tracked option. 💘 We also cannot control our shipping providers and must make our customers aware that particular shipping providers have their own delays, and this may affect the arrival for the packages. Please do track your SSASSY package with the provided tracking sent to your email for the latest updates on your package. 💘
We would also love to make things right for you! Would you be able to email us on info@ssassystore.com so that we can look into this for you in further detail and extend a gesture of good will for your patience. 💘
