Sorry to hear about that! Could you create a ticket on my Discord server and let me know which plugin you were using? I'd be happy to improve any unoptimized code. I'm also not sure what pricing you are referring to, as I don't think I've ever done a paid commission before.
EDIT: They never replied or responded to my request for information. This leads me to believe they did not have a genuine experience, and this is just a troll.
