We're so happy to hear that you're happy with your sign and that our team member was so helpful. Thank you for the kind words.
Door decal looks great, is truly a one-way view, and was relatively simple to install (wouldn't say 'easy' since it was 6 foot long; one person smoothed it down as other person pulled backing off - slow and patient). Received in much less time than estimated, probably because we got a very simple rectangle, white perforated background with black lettering. The top edge had a little bit of a jagged part but not so much that we felt the need to cut it and it's not noticeable on the door. All other edges were perfect.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We're glad to hear the perforated window decal gave you a true one-way view and was installed with clean, precise edges. We appreciate you sharing the installation tips for other customers. We look forward to your next order!

It's wonderful to hear you're happy with the quality of your perforated window decals. We can't wait to work with you again!
I ordered this for my office window to be able to see outside towards the lobby area. I placed the decal and it is clearly viewable from both sides when you should only be able to see inside out.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the perforated window decal didn't meet your expectations. Our team reviewed the photos you shared and reached out to explain that this material is specifically designed for exterior installation, where the difference in lighting allows those inside to see out while displaying the printed graphic to people outside.
We understand that this may not have been clear during the ordering process, and we're sorry for the disappointment it caused. We've made several attempts to reach you by phone and email to discuss your concerns and explore a possible resolution, but we haven't been able to get in touch. If you're still willing, we'd appreciate the opportunity to assist you. Please reach out to us at your convenience, and we'll be happy to help.
Terrible customer service - They screwed up my order and do not take responsibility for it-
Risposta di Square Signs
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with your experience. To ensure every order is produced accurately, we provide a digital proof for review before production begins. In this case, the proof clearly showed a full-bleed design without borders, and production only proceeded after the proof was approved.
We understand that the finished product did not match your previous orders as you had intended. However, the order was manufactured exactly as approved, and we cannot accept responsibility for changes requested after production has been completed. While we always strive to find fair solutions whenever possible, we must also follow the approved artwork to ensure accuracy for every customer.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
Arrived quickly - perfect colors! looks great. Only bummer is I never got the squeegee I paid for.
Risposta di Square Signs
The decals look amazing on your window; we're glad you loved the product. As for the missing squeegee, we'll raise the issue with our support team and make sure they look into the matter.

SquareSign is the way to go! Incredibly affordable and great quality for the price. They arrived quicker than expected. The windows are covered with my art and customer service was excellent in answer my questions promptly. It was easy to install (minus the wind trying to sabatage us), they look perfect and exactly as expected. Honestly we were excited at how great they turned out for the price. Fantastic service and product, all the way around.

Whole process from uploading my design, to the turn around for the proof to approve, and finally production to shipment was smooth, fast, and easy! Cling came fast and well packaged. Installation was fairly easy, I'm just out of practice! Looks great on my cooler door!

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're happy to hear the perforated window decals arrived quickly and met your expectations. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping again. P.S. They truly do look great on the cooler door.
There was not as much definition between the background and black panther as there was on the image I sent in. Black on black so I do understand that was a tough image.
Risposta di Square Signs
Thank you for the great review. We hope that the product overall was of good quality. Thank you for the feedback about the lack of contrast between the colors. That's probably due to the 10% color difference that exists between the image seen on screen and the actual print. However, there is a workaround for that. If color codes are provided in CMYK, we can match the colors. Thank you for trusting us with your order, and we hope we'll be able to serve you better in the future.
I am happy with my order the quality and shipping and support was great

We're so happy to hear that you liked the quality, shipping, and the overall experience with us. Thank you for the positive feedback.
Overpriced and it came damaged. All SquareSigns was willing to do was refund me $15% or a $20% off coupon. They did not even offer to remake it.
