Don't buy this. I wasted ten days and was never able to get it to work.
1. The phone number you have listed is invalid and won't ring.
EDIT: I have to clarify. Tech Support did answer my ticket within hours but did so on the support ticket, it did not send a notification to my email so I never knew they had responded the first time I reached out. I checked both after that.
I tried copying the thread as without asking they refunded our money. I don't feel we were unreasonable, just asking for help with problems. Never in ten days could we get this up and running reliably. Seems this company wants to collect money from the simple cases but not if they have to work for it. I have the entire tech support thread, edited only for contact information but can't paste it in here. Won't allow me to paste so I can show you that they just gave up. Point is, we have been polite but have sent multiple emails because it's taken forever to get help. Rather than trying to figure out the problem, they refunded the money. I have the pdf of the support ticket that I've tried to share. This company is only there to collect money when it's easy, we are not technological people so like most of the population, we need help. This was barely offered then after wasting over a week given our money back. It took days in between to get a response, I will say there were a couple times when the response was quicker.
I think this software might be a good thing but heaven help you if you need extra help. They will waste your time then return your money and say "too bad, so sad". There are other softwares out there that do the same thing and are willing to help.
I bought a new (different) piece of software this morning. I'll be writing a review on that experience but it is installed, hidden, configured and we are waiting for it to sync so we can begin testing. Then we will test alerts. The software I needed does indeed exist. Stay tuned for my next review.
