This is the worst experience, I've ever Dealt with trying to return a product. I've spoke with five representatives and two supervisors and Still have yet to get a return shipping label. My recommendation, if you purchase a camera from them get It off of Amazon.
Their customer service is the best I've called five times to help me set it up as well as making sure that I'm getting the right pictures they will always been number one buy a better camera people stop buying the cheaper cameras for 90 bucks bucks spend your money on a good camera I love my new G36.The best camera I have ever had. The battery still at 86%I after 2.5 to 3 months.If you think you can buy a better camera go for it. I doubt it spend your money on skypoint. Stop wasting money and time.

Spypoint is a joke, there products and there rep what a combination that is. I've been with them for over a year and had 6 cameras, I'll tell ya nothing but problems after problems after problems and they do nothing about it. Trouble shoot after trouble shoot after trouble shoot, I've spent more time troubleshooting these cameras than spent time at work.
PS: guys becareful they charged both of our cards for the same subscription without my consent and I had to get them to remove all other email from my file because their rep messed it up and I'm now using Tactacam and it's day and night compared to spypoint better pics and even sd card full it'll still take pics and vids they come with everything not like spypoint you have to buy lit battery or SD card only thing is no charging USB I just use my android phone USB done.
I truly dislike the spypoint cameras, the pictures are horrible, it drains the battery 10% each day so every 9 days you have to replace 8aa batteries, they r difficult to update, confusing on instructions and all the way around just junk. Great customer service but the product is junk.

Bought a new LM2 in August. Absolute junk. Can barely get a signal anywhere. I have other brand cameras that work and show strong cellular signal. Tried replacing antenna with no change. I've had to pull the card to check pictures most of the season.
Subscribed to premium service. Camera took pictures for about a week. Then nothing. Called SPYPOINT. I was in que for over an hour. No one ever answered. I have sent several emails. 5 months later they are still trying to bill my card after I have asked them to cancel my membership in no less than 5 emails. Crappy product, zero customer service, crooks.

I own 12 + cameras. Went and did a firmware update. They make it so difficult to do updates that if anything g goes wrong it ruins the camera

I have been using SpyPoint cameras since they first came out in the US (this is a French company.)
Unfortunately, the solar cameras ALL leak. That is why SpyPoint is constantly coming out with new models and the old models are no longer available.
I have tried to stick with SpyPoint for years spending thousands of dollars with them with the hopes they would fix the issues. At first they sent replacements for a small fee. Then the replacements came at a steeper fee. Now, they don't even replace them.
I no longer in good conscience recommend spending your money on SpyPoint. And I sincerely apologize to all my friends and family that I recommended to SpyPoint.
Bought 2 LTE Micro Cameras. Worked great for 7 months. Then problems. Bought the extra bells & whistles. Did my updates, constantly calling for support.
Finally, they gave me 60 days free.
Yes I am stupid. Ten days after I renewed my subscription.
12 days later one camera stopped completely. They could not help me.
Camera 2 died yesterday.
I bought two Tactacam Reveal Cameras. Put them 5’ to 7’ from the SPYPOINT. So far they have been great.
Good luck. Terrible products. Gave them one star because as usual can’t give them less.
Oh by the way, got ahold of one of their VPs on the Linkin app. No help. $400 down the drain!
I bought a Lm2 at sports academy and after a couple weeks of use I noticed it only captured 64 images, most were blank and none with deer in it even though there's fresh tracks almost daily and I've personally seen a deer walk in front of the camera. Would not recommend this device
Flawed cameras and bad service. I have had 5 of these hunks of garbage. Only because they have been replaced so many times. I am not sure how a company can stay in business making pure junk with the worst reviews everywhere. Don't buy these crap-box cameras. And if you are still set on getting one, i will sell you mine really cheap!!
Buyer BEWARE! Total Junk. Set your camera up it works till you get home. Then, you HAVE to have the camera in hand to deal with customer no support. I should have read ALL of the TERRIBLE REVIEWS! DONT DO IT!!!
Horrible support. Said my camera could be fixed but since I was out of warranty they would not. Told me to buy a new one. I even said I would pay to have it fixed and they still told me it was declined. They gave me a 5% discount for my troubles. Lol. Wow, I’m switching to another company for cell cameras. I canceled my membership. Support wasn’t even from this country either. Pretty pathetic.
Absolutely do not buy a spypoint camera. I purchased a spypoint camera in Feb of 2020 and used it for 9 months. I moved locations to an area with no cell service so I had no need for the camera later. This year I went to use the camera and found out that because it was a 2020 camera the cell services were shut down due to 3G network. I recently located a new spot with cell service and when I turned on the camera it wouldn’t work. I contacted spypoint and they stated that there was nothing they could do. However they offered me 15% off a new camera….. I pushed them further saying that it was unacceptable and that they should replace the camera as this was an issue on their behalf not mine. They then offered me two free months of their unlimited program. In the end they did nothing to help me other than offering me tiny compensation just to market me more and to purchase further products through them. Do not buy a spypoint their customer service is horrendous and I will never purchase a spypoint product again. Oh and their camera’s are very spotty on working.

I’ve owned multiple spypoint camera's unfortunately they all stop working. And customer support is a horrible. Always the same old answer “it’s your micro SD card”. Even if it’s brand new and formatted. There is a real issue with cameras lasting. Reporting to Better business bureau.
Their customer service is just about non-existent. There are very long delays when calling in or attempting to us chat features for help.

DO not buy a spy point camera! You will be sorry! I have 2 and both have went bad. The customer service is garbage and you can not understand a word they say. Do you have to ask me why?
