I purchased the product, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I was hoping it would help me with location tracking, but it turned out to be a waste of money. After doing more research, I came across Investigator Raj’s page and I reach out to him and he provided excellent assistance at a very reasonable price.

Easy to install and gps location and kill switch works perfectly. This company picks up phone calls immediately to resolve issues I recommend this as I ordered two more units

I received my order a couple of days ago, and I was surprised to see that the device is exactly the same model as the units I ordered from Amazon, the Eovas Model Name ABZ12. I returned those units to Amazon because they did not have audio, even though the Amazon webpage stated that they did, and they were impossible to pair. Your unit appears to be the same, in the exact same box, with the exact same instructions and no microphone port. The Spy-Spot website indicates that it records audio, but the internal components look different from what was delivered. The image on the Spy-Spot site was different from that on Amazon, and because the cost was three times higher, I thought Spy-Spot had modified it to include a microphone/audio. I have sent emails to Spy-Spot inquiring about this but have not received a reply yet.

Instruction guide, in English, reads like it was translated using Google Translate. Sentences do not make sense. I saw a note that charging time was 5-6 hours. I charged thru USB port and attempted to turn on the detector. It does not come on unless plugged in to the USB port. I left it plugged in for three days and it still does not work without being plugged in.

Long time customer for years. Great service which I am increasing. Their map is out of sight. Incredible detail.
