I purchased a 4rain waterbut 350 ltr one with a diveter which was supplied with the tank .
I followed the instruction to install the tank and the instruction of the tank clearly indicates to drill a hole of 44-45mm for the diverter according to tank installation instruction on site and the hard copy . When i came to install the diverter which supplied with the tank ,i found out the hole was to large for it as i should of cut a hole of 25mm (although the instruction on the website says 32mm ,which is too big). i contacted the spudulica via on line chat and the lady was helpfull and she was going to send me the original diverter which is recommended by the 4rain manufacturer and that will solve my problem, but chat was intrupted aftyer 35-40mins and i had to contact them directly and the lady on the phone knew about my conversation on line and told me that my problem is due to poor installtion and there is nothing they can do and if i want i can send the diverter back on my own shipping cost. She forgot that they have duty of care to provide correct information on site and if they modify accessories then they have to make sure that information are quite clear on line and with the shipment of the goods .i now have a tank which the only way is to buy the tank manufacturrer recommended dirverter myself and surprisingly the Spudulica do not supply that .

Purchased two drainage membranes to go under my large white pebble frontage.

They are so much better than the black membranes which show up between the pebbles in adjacent gardens.

Ordered a planter water butt which arrived quite quickly but was damaged on delivery. As it was rather expensive i contacted the company. The brilliant Amy got a new one sent out straight away and arranged collection of the damaged one! She kept me notified all the time. Purchased soakaway membrane, quick delivery and excellent product, will definitely order again.

What a lovely experience, ordered a soakaway crate to help with some drainage issues in my garden. Spoke to Amy on the phone as the delivery needed to go to NI and she was very helpful. Order arrived a couple of days later. Keep up the good work!

Purchased the Plasgrid HD Edging to create a perfect border between our front lawn and stones - the builder had laid the new lawn immediately against the house which looked awful - this product is FANTASTIC! The finished look is excellent and has completely changed how the house looks with a much nicer kerbside appeal. Absolutely delighted with the product and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from Amy who was super responsive to ALL my questions. Would highly recommend!!

Family run business I found on line. Needed some flexible lawn edging and found that they had plenty in stock. Orderes some up and it arrived within two days, well packed and spot on delivery time. Would highly recommend giving this firm a try.
