Sprouts is a ultra liberal company

Sprouts is a ultra liberal company! They want to continue to push their mask mandate crap when our Governor of Florida has lifted it and they claim their are a private company, wrong! If you're a private company you would be a mom and pop vitamin store! And I argued with the manager and this other lowlife nutcase voter fraud Biden voter! I will never step in to that store again!

Refused service

I was told today, in Peoria, Az, while in the check out line that if I didn’t put on a mask I could not purchase my groceries. The governor has lifted the mask mandate here, in AZ, but the Sprout’s manager says their corporate office have made this policy and will require customers to wear a mask. I thought I lived in the United States of America. I will not shop here anymore and ask others to boycott Sprouts.

Denied food/groceries in New Tampa for…

Denied food/groceries in New Tampa for not wearing my mask. I told them my breathing the public air is my business. They said the classic "I agree but my bosses boss makes this corporate policy". Where are the men and women standing up for our rights? I told them I do not own a farm. I am forced to shop here for food and requiring me to cover my ability to breathe normally is extortion. People--do not shop at this gestapo organization nor any other business that dictates how you breathe. Take the business that they want away and they will change their tune. I am disgusted with this business and will not shop there ever again or until they apologize and remove this tyrannical policy that is against freedom.

I have 6 Year's of Excellent Cashiering & Great Customer Service Experience.
Then Diana from Sprout's Farmer's Market sends me an email saying They Are Going With Other Applicant's Who Better Meet Their Need's & Qualifications.

I work nightshift in a local hospital

I work nightshift in a local hospital. Sprouts is open at 7am which is when I get off work, and I frequently stop there to get things in between bigger shopping trips. The cashiers there treat me like I'm dirt (Yay! I'm a healthcare hero, thank you Sprouts!) and pretend I don't exist even when I'm jumping up and down waving my arms around trying to get their attention while they flirt with young, attractive, more appropriate looking "Sprouts" shoppers. Then they turn to me and my inconveniencing of them by me being alive and clearly let me know what a huge nuisance I am by existing. I hate this store now, That's all

NEVER AGAIN

I was excited to visit the Seminole, Florida store for the first time and what a disappointment. The store itself is very clean, fresh and appealing to the eye. For what the store seems to offer, the employees lack. Absolutely awful. I just had the feeling like I was bothering them and interrupting their day. Isn't that what they get paid for? I had coupons at the register that the cashier disputed. The manager came over, I'm assuming the manager, and was actually very nice and took care of the issue, but the cashier continued to be rude. I will not be back. It's a shame because I drive past it to go to another grocery store now. They'd get zero Stars if I could. DISAPPOINTED!!

So long, Sprouts! Enough is enough

We used to shop at Sprouts several times a week. Little by little, we watched as the prices went up and the quality went down. Even the regular employees that we used to see - half the reason for shopping there! - started to leave, one by one. Now, the employees are cold, too busy to help, or just plain rude. After stopping in today (3/11/21) to but something quick for dinner, we had the unfortunate task of ordering from the meat counter: the unpleasant, uncaring, and genuinely unhappy lady behind the counter not only failed to listen to our simple request, but she was unfairly rude, unjustly curt, and unwilling to fulfill our order. My wife and I will NOT be shopping at the Surprise, AZ location again. This is quite sad, being that we have been shopping there since their opening

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

I made an order online that evaporated and I had to re-create it. I then talked to a live human being to emphasize that we only wanted organic goods and exactly what we asked for and no replacements. We got two baskets of non-organic blueberries and a dozen non-organic eggs. I don't even know where to go to get a refund on these unwanted items. Must go into the store yourself. Don't use their online system.

El Paso Sprouts is mostly great

I really appreciate the SPROUTS in El Paso. The employees are friendly and helpful, the selection in all departments is excellent, I trust the Vitamin Supplement selections, and the store is clean and attractive. The App, however, has always been confusing for me. I will get a coupon on my App, and when I get to checkout, the scanner doesn't accept it. I also don't feel I can count on the prices shown on my App.

Dishonest management Sprouts #23

If you are thinking Sprouts might be a good career choice, rethink that. The management at Store #23 in Tucson, AZ is dishonest and without integrity. Specifically, the store manager and the produce manager. Both of these clueless people are just garbage. Any company that terminates senior employees with a voice mail and no explanation, is not a company you want to invest in.

Unacceptable Sprouts Customer Service

Well, yet another bad review for Sprouts! They need to make some serious improvements in all areas or they will find themselves out business in coming years. I shopped at the Elk Grove store today and had an issue while buying a gift card for $89.99 worth $100 to apply toward my groceries. The unknowledgeable, incompetent clerk said she “knew all about it” when I asked her, then asked me to input my card and ended up charging me for my groceries AND $89.99 gift card without applying it to my $121.00 worth of groceries. I asked if she could fix it, but she didn’t know how, so she called a manager who after looking at the transaction, told me she couldn’t and it was “done.” I was stuck not knowing what to do as there was a long line behind me. So I was forced to leave with $89.99 more than I had expected to purchase and also didn’t get my expected $10.01 discount. I was very unhappy with the way they refused to undo this mistake. My son, who is a supervisor at Sam’s Club said this was a transaction that could have easily been undone by completely refunding the whole $211.00, having me re-purchase the $89.99 (worth $100.00) gift card, and applying it to my $121.00 grocery charge. Then I could have left with my discount of $10.00 and paying only $111.00 rather than spending an extra $89.00 with unused gift card for a future date. Totally unacceptable practice for a business to pull on a customer.

We bought 3 gift certificates $100 each…

We bought 3 gift certificates $100 each on December 9, 2020. I got charged right away. It's January 1st today - still no gift certificates! I called them twice! They finally emailed to my husband that supposely they mailed the certificates on the 23rd of December. It takes 2 days from Arizona to California to get them. My children still haven't got anything! I am going to dispute my money transaction with my bank on Monday. I want my money back!!!

SPROUTS SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED

ALL SPROUTS STORES SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED. THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU CAN SHOP INSIDE ALMOST ALL STORES WITHOUT A MASK IF YOU HAVE A HEALTH EXEMPTION UNDER THE STATE AND COUNTY ORDINANCES, BUT SPROUTS ILLEGALLY DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE WHO CANNOT TOLERATE REBREATHING THEIR CO2. FOR SOME REASON, THEY ALLOWED A MAN TO SHOP WHO WAS EXEMPT FROM A SELF-SUFFOCATION DEVICE (MASK), BUT THEY REFUSED TO RING UP HIS PURCHASES AT THE END AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE. SPROUTS IS THE WORST FOR ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION. ONE CAN SHOP ALMOST ANYWHERE ELSE WITHOUT HARASSMENT AND ABSOLUTELY SHOULD. SPROUTS SHOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ANYONE WITH A SHRED OF MORALITY.

Deeply disappointed

Deeply disappointed! I ordered two gift cards online on Dec 9, they shipped on Dec 17th, today is 23 and I don't have it to give as a gift to my coworkers.
They should invest the money from overpriced items to be more efficient and competent.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTA before you leave the store. 9 out of 10 times they charge you double for an item. For example yesterday I bought a cooked chicken, green beans and Brussel sprouts. They charged me for 2 chickens. That was 7 bucks extra. Another time they charged me for 2 boxes of doughnuts when I only bought one. YES I GOT MY MONEY BACK BUT IT IS A HASSEL. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. YOU MIGHT BE DOUBKE CHARGED FOR AN ITEM OR TWO.

Kudos for making people wear masks

Kudos for making people wear masks, I have asthma , and if I'm not capable of making to the store because the mask impedes my breathing, I will not go to the store and I will order it online like an adult and not complain, or write bad reviews like the ones I've been seeing. Please STOP BEING A KAREN, KAREN!

I will NEVER shop at sprouts again!

I will NEVER shop at sprouts again!! I walked in with a face covering. although I have asthma and have had an asthma attack and find it hard to breathe. I quickly ran in for 3 thing and was quickly at the check out. (I usually use self check if there is one) I had already put my things on the convey when a boy who worked there brought me a mask. I let him know I have a face covering. Short story I walked out with out groceries. I was HARRASSED!

Bad customer service

Placed order through Instacart , only ordered three items main thing I wanted was the watermelon, I ordered 6 containers, I ordered two more items, not that I wanted them, only because big ordering the watermelon, a Ciara after waiting an hour, that the watermelon is totally out? I asked to cancel the order, because the watermelon is what I really wanted, Ciara says it will take a couple minutes to cancel the order, after ten minutes, I asked if order was canceled? Ciara says I’ll have to contact support to cancel the order? I asked? What support? How do I do that? Ciara says! I’ll have to figure that out myself that she’s busy? I didn’t know who the support was suppose to be? I called Instacart’s number and there at least I talked with a kind man who told me it was canceled? Why didn’t Ciara just tell me that? She was rude, nasty and I can shop other stores, I’ll never shop at sprouts again, even though it’s one of my favorite stores because of all the organic products, Ciara needs customer service training before sprouts let’s her continue working, you know it’s hard being disabled, in a wheelchair and that I cannot drive anymore, and I’m dam tired of rude people it’s happened way too many times stores need to do more and better training before they let them work with any customers stores please listen to me

I generally have a good experience…

I generally have a good experience shopping here but the online ordering process needs to tighten up. The inventory in the store should coincide with the online catalog. Two of the major items I needed to purchase, this the reason I did delivery in the first place are not available. So I still have to go out to a different store and get it. What’s the point? The shopper advised me that most of the shelves were empty. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered a gift card from Sprouts over…

I ordered a gift card from Sprouts over two weeks ago and have not received it. I have been calling Customer Service for 3 days and am put on hold. I waited over an hour at one point. I have left messages to call me, filled out forms and have done all I can to talk to a human being. I spoke to the operator twice and she sent me back to Customer Service on hold. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. I will now go to my credit card company to see if I can put a stop on the payment for the gift card
