Although the wrong item was dispatched they quickly sent out a replacement and refunded the postage.

It would have been better if it was clear this was a download rather than a physical pad.

Great tools for use on matchdays to bring tactical decisions to life on paper for those that need to *see* where they need to be.

One pack was left off my order but an email to Ryan and that was quickly sorted. Would recommend for those that need to support different kinds of player.

Excellent coaches book, lots of relevant detail and looks good. I had the book personalised which gave it a really good. Purchase to delivery was also really quick and seamless.

Hasn’t arrived yet but great product as I’ve bought before. I would love to trial a hockey notepad, if you decide to make any. We would have huge use for that at our school.

My order was placed on December 15th. Four days passed with no updates on shipping. I reached out to a rep. who responded promptly & kindly and assured me that even due to their technical issues regarding their website that it would not affect my order and that it was in fact being shipped the following day. Three days since that interaction and still no shipping updates. Hopefully, it is updated soon.

Bought a sport planner. Looks good quality lots of pages. Bought as present and they were made up as it was a different but useful gift

We haven't received our planners yet and after purchasing and paying for the goods including freight I was asked for additional postage before they would be sent to us. This seems like a scam. No business has ever asked for more postage. I would like a refund or I would like my planners sent to me immediately.

Great planner! I am constantly looking at ways to help my planning and reflection processes and this planner has been a welcomed addition. I still do a ton on the computer but sometimes you can't beat paper and pencil/pen. Spending the time to work through these sheets on a daily basis is a huge positive. A+

Had an email to say it has been delayed, asked if I would receive this by Xmas still. No response to date and still have not received the item.

Really poor service overall.

The A4 size is too big and bulky to carry around easily, the A5 is a far better size

The best option would be an A5 size purely with the attendance tracker and match day planner and review.
