I purchased four linen tops from Sportscraft over the last two years and probably wore them about 12 times. When I went to wear one recently, I found it had a hole in it. I thought I must have caught it on something until about a month later the same thing happened to another of the tops. I took the tops back to the Hobart store and spoke to the manager who told me that the fabric was faulty and that they had had a lot of returns. She told me that she would contact the Head Office to organise a refund. In the last 3 weeks I have visited the store twice, spoke to the help desk, emailed Sportscraft 3 times and the upshot is that the company has completely ghosted me. I was shocked that a reputable company like Sportscraft would treat their customers in this way, particularly as I was told the fabric was faulty. They certainly don’t deserve the reputation they have in the Australian retail industry. Shameful customer service.
