Sports Coaching Specialists or SCS is the largest independent children’s coaching company of its kind in Essex. We provide an invaluable service before, during and after school to hundreds of children to inspire them to live a healthy, fit and fun life. Since the formation of the company in 2011 SCS have grown rapidly, building strong partnerships with schools across the Essex and Suffolk region. SCS prides itself in its ultimate unique selling point which is the level of coaching quality in each core sport. The Sports Coaching Specialists team are all National Governing Body qualified and hold industry leading insurance, liability and safeguarding certification plus have all been CRB checked. We believe in nurturing and developing talent, supporting those wanting to gain additional qualifications and skills in the work place, our team work with staff guiding them towards the management side of the company, thus fulfilling career pathways for exceptional staff. SCS provide school PE lessons, after school clubs, lunch time clubs, CPD training for staff, exclusive holiday camps during school holidays and evening football development centres.

A decade of diamond delivery
SCS have been delivering PE at the Primary school I work in for the past decade. From the initial meeting with the company director I could tell that SCS were passionate about inspiring children through sport. Over the years we have had many coaches and every single one has been so inspiring to the children and so knowledgeable when it comes to delivering lessons to children of all ages. Even though the coaches have changed, they all have the same consistent SCS style of coaching. They are enthusiastic, friendly, organised and professional! Angelo and his team have always gone above and beyond to support the school, whether it be attending extra school events like football tournaments, race for life events, organising sports days or providing new clubs. We have had before school clubs, lunch time clubs and countless after school clubs which is where they first began in our school. They have become part of the school community and are a valued part of our team! They have made a difference to the school and most importantly to the children they teach! Keep up the amazing work SCS!
