Truffa legalizzata

Come molti altri sono incappato nel sistema fraudolento di questo sito internet. A fronte di una spesa di 1$ circa per un singolo servizio hanno attivato un abbonamento di 29$ e rotti. Al tentativo di contattarli personalmente ho trovato un numero verde inesistente e la mail mi è tornata indietro. Fate molta attenzione perchè è automatico il tranello.
Non son di primo pelo, e ci son cascato come un pero. DISGUSTOSO. 70€ in tre mesi bruciati. E ho tre figlie. VERGOGNA.

Attenzione brutta esperienza

Ho pagato $ 0.95 per un singolo report, il sito garantiva che non ci sarebbero stati altri addebiti, oggi mi ritrovo con un abbonamento attivo per $ 29.95 che non ho sottoscritto. Ho scritto immediatamente al customer service che deve ancora rispondermi, ho bloccato l'addebito automatico con Paypal e ho attivato subito una segnalazione con Paypal; estremamente poco chiari e scorretti

Addebito non richiesto poi rimborsato. State attenti!!!

Ho chiesto un servizio di prova da 0,95 dollari e dopo una settimana mi vedo addebitati 29,95 dollari per un servizio che non ho chiesto. Penso di aver cancellato l' abbonamento e ho scritto all' help desk per avere indietro i soldi. Vediamo come va. Spero non ci saranno altri addetti. Altrimenti li denuncio! State attenti.... Mi hanno risposto dal help desk promettendo un rimborso. Aspetto l' accredito. Non cambio la valutazione per il momento per l' opacità della sottoscrizione. Mi hanno rimborsato 20 euro su 26. Attendo chiarimenti e non modifico il giudizio. Dietro ulteriore richiesta mi hanno rimborsato tutto. Alla fine se insistete riuscite ad avere indietro tutto. Ora devo verificare che non facciano altri addebiti. 2 stelle per il rimborso e 1 stella per il sistema con cui abbindolano all' inizio.

Non usatelo è una truffa. Vi fanno provare il servizio a 0.95 che tra l'altro nel mio caso non ha trovato nessuna informazione valida sui contatti che ho cercato, e in più dopo qualche tempo mi sono stati addebitati 29,95 per il servizio mensile che non avevo mai richiesto.

Mi associo alla lunga lista dei TRUFFATI ho pagato 95 centesimi di dollaro e mi sono ritrovato 4 addebiti di 29,95 senza alcuna autorizzazione. SI TRATTA DI UNA TRUFFA A TUTTO TONDO. Ho chiesto i rimborsi e adesso sto aspettando la risposta. Siete dei LADRI e mi chiedo se con questi metodi ci educate i figli !? Vi proponete come la democrazia da esportare nel mondo ma siete semplicemente dei LADRI ! e nient'altro . sappiate semplicemente che un essere umano è quel che fà ..... e chi ruba E' un ladro . Non è importante se ruba di notte nelle case o in metropolitana, non c'è nessuna differenza. Un ladro è un ladro e quando NON ha le palle di farlo in altro modo ruba su internet e poi se ne torna a casa tranquillo la sera a dare un bacio ai figli....... complimenti

Fai una ricerca e ti ritrovi un abbonamento

Ritengo opportuno fornire un aggiornamento in ordine della vicenda. Dopo aver segnalato quanto accaduto al customer care ed aperto una segnalazione su PayPal, ho ricevuto, nei tempi indicati sul sito, un prima risposta da Spokeo con la quale mi si comunicava che l'abbonamento era stato annullato ed i pagamenti sospesi. Successivamente ho ricevuto un accredito ma limitatamente al pagamento effettuato nel mese di aprile. Ho pertanto segnalato che rimango in attesa di ricevere tale ulteriore rimborso.

Ho pagato $ 0.95 per un singolo report, il sito garantiva che non ci sarebbero stati altri addebiti, oggi mi ritrovo con un abbonamento attivo per $ 29.95 che non ho sottoscritto. Ho scritto immediatamente al customer service che deve ancora rispondermi, ho bloccato l'addebito automatico con Paypal e ho attivato subito una segnalazione con Paypal; estremamente poco chiari e scorretti

Paghi un report e ti ritrovi un abbonamento

Ho fatto una ricerca per una mail al costo di 0,95$ mi hanno attivato un abbonamento che dopo una settimana si rinnova a 29,95$ (7 Day Trial Membership). Non ho sottoscritto abbonamenti volevo solo un report. Ho scritto al CustomerCare che richiedo l'immediata cancellazione della sottoscrizione ed anche il rimborso di un abbonamento non richiesto. Aspetto che mi rispondano (sul sito è segnato entro 24 ore) in caso contrario sarò costretto a fare denuncia alla Polizia postale.

Aggiornamento 30/07: Mi hanno contattato dal customer care dicendo che il rimborso non lo potevo avere ma mi hanno disabilitato l'account in modo da non avere altre richieste di pagamento. Speriamo bene

Aggiornamento 05/08/2024: Mi hanno scritto per dirmi che hanno avviato una procedura straordinaria di rimborso che devo attendere 7-10 giorni per averlo. Vi terrò aggiornati.

Aggiornamento 12/08/2024: E' arrivato il rimborso nonostante mi avessero detto che non era possibile, Grazie. Cambio la mia valutazione in positivo perchè comunque mi hanno restituito quanto richiesto. Ho solo un consiglio: Mettete in chiaro che con un solo report acquistano anche un abbonamento. Le tariffe devono essere più esplicite.

Piattaforma Ingannevole e Servizio Clienti Assente

Ho avuto un'esperienza estremamente negativa con il sito Find-Persons.com. Mi sono iscritto pensando di trovare informazioni utili, ma si è rivelato un inganno. Dopo aver inserito il nome, mi è stato detto che i dati erano stati trovati, ma per vederli ho dovuto pagare 0,95 € per un periodo di prova.

Purtroppo, dopo il pagamento, ho scoperto che le informazioni che cercavo non erano disponibili. Ancora peggio, mi è stato addebitato un costo settimanale di 29 € che non era chiaramente indicato prima di inserire i dati della mia carta.

Ho inviato una mail per richiedere il rimborso e la cancellazione dell'abbonamento, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Mi sento truffato e sono estremamente deluso dalla mancanza di trasparenza e dal pessimo servizio clienti.

Consiglio vivamente di evitare questa piattaforma. È un'esperienza frustrante e costosa che non vale assolutamente la pena.

Mi associo a tutte le persone truffate

Mi associo a tutte le persone truffate perché lo sono stato anche io. Ho usato spokeo per fare una ricerca di un numero telefonico e pagando il servizio con carta di credito un paio di euro circa non ricordo bene. Oggi 1 giugno mi trovo un addebito di spokeo di circa 28 euro senza aver mai sottoscritto abbonamento. Una truffa bella e buona zio cane. Rivoglio i miei soldi truffatori . Aggiungo info. Ho richiesto il rimborso di € 27,71 via mail circa una ora fa. Mi ha risposto via mail MONTE. Mi hanno fatto un primo rimborso di 11,98 USD pari a circa 11 euro. Ho inviato altra mail chiedendo indietro 27,71 euro no 11 euro. Mi hanno fatto altro rimborso di USD 29,95. Ma non sono 27,71 euro. Ho scritto che voglio il rimborso di USD 30,08. Perché devono tenersi 20 cent? Sarò lieto di modificare la recensione qualora sia rimborsato per l'intero importo addebitato. Ovviamente conservo tutte le mail tra me e personale di Spokeo, MONTE, MARK e MELISSA. Ore 20,45. Ho comunicato con Gary via mail, supervisor di Spokeo. Rimborso per intero inviato e problema risolto in poche ore. Ora posso passare da 1 a 5 stelle per l'efficienza della assistenza

Sito fraudolento

Buon giorno a tutti il giorno 16/03/2024 mi sono collegato al sito per una ricerca su un indirizzo di posta elettronica al costo di 0,95, a mia insaputa mi sono ritrovato con un piano di abbonamento di 29,95$ usd trattenuti il giorno 18/03 e purtroppo anche il 18/04. Io dal 16/03 non ho più usato il sito. Purtroppo si tratta di una truffa sul mio account non risulta nessun piano registrato, inoltre non ho mai ricevuto una mail che mi infornasse dell’abbonamento. Al momento non so come ricuperare i soldi

Come già segnalato da altri mi sono…

Come già segnalato da altri mi sono ritrovata un addebito di 28 euro non autorizzato. Ricordo perfettamente al momento dell'acquisto (pari ad un euro) di aver rifiutato ogni tipo di addebito e/o rinnovo. Ho immediatamente scritto al servizio clienti segnalando la cosa e chiedendo l'immediato rimborso della somma e l'interruzione di ogni tipo di addebito.Se non lo faranno andrò alla Polizia postale a fare una denuncia.
