Only sent one bottle of Tartar remover. The second bottle was pool purifier which I did not order. Please send the second bottle of Tartar remover.

I was charged an additional fee for insurance that I did not sign up for. Delivery took over 3 weeks and I was not informed ahead of time that the package was coming from overseas, Switzerland. The website is very deceptive and I will not buy anything from them again.

Ordered 4 of them - 3 are for x-mas gifts in Dec. The one I kept for me is fine no issues

I called the TV/Appliance number to get some information about installation of a large TV. The gentleman who answered the phone was terrific. Unfortunately I didn't get his name and I can't find it on the invoice. He said he was sending me his information but if it ended up in junk, I accidently deleted it. This was Monday, June 29 in the evening if you can find that information. He answered all of my questions and asked if I was interested in something particular. I was wanting the Sony Bravia 8 and he told me about all of the deals that were associated with that model and also that I would receive it in 2 days. I told him I would be in on Wednesday and he told me he could handle all of it on the phone. He did and I am getting it tomorrow. Great service and I really appreciate all of the help.

Not quite the quality I was expecting and there were no instructions at all on how to correctly use this device

I would appreciate being sent instructions on how to use this product. I was very disappointed that no insructions or site address where one could watch a video was included. Delivery service was fine.

Placing order and shipping was fine, but there is a problem with the product. The Pilates ring is obviously missing padding on the areas that contact my legs. Can this be corrected?

Item arrived with damage. A plastic bag inside a plastic bag didn’t protect it from splits. I hope it doesn’t affect the function but it is damaged.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the item. I had to put the pieces on that touch your inside thighs in order to squeeze and there should have been plenty of padding on it. When I triedto use it, it hurt my legs terribly and I had to stop. I had someone else try it just to see if it was me and they had the same issue. I feel it’s poorly made, and should’ve been very well padded all the way around even the ring itself has very thin material on it to the point where it was already dented and damaged when I received it. I had to try to put towels on my inner thighs so that the parts that touch inside wouldn’t hurt me and it still doesn’t work so I consider it a waste of money to be honest.

The product is great. Just what was shown. I didn't know it was from another country. Might not have ordered it if I had. Made the shipping longer.

Good product with a company that seems to take interest in the purchasers satisfaction.
