I didn’t like the fact that the…

I didn’t like the fact that the bracelet didn’t come with any instructions on how to put it on or take it off, so I had to Google it and find out how to do that, unfortunately I broke it the first day once I tried to tighten it, so I didn’t get to experience the bracelet at all 😞 I was so sad and embarrassed 😔

VERY poor quality

VERY poor quality. The bracelet fell apart in less than a month and the necklace lost its color. The plating is very cheap. The silver disappeared in 5 weeks. The so called Glowing is BS. What you get is a resin amulet with a blue background. Total scam

This Company is a JOKE

I bought 2 Bracelets (Astrology) was supposed to be BYGO AND was charged for both $53.18
I have emailed and called the company for a refund due to them not fitting my wrists for nearly 2 months now. They emailed me back wanting to take a picture with the bracelet on my wrist. At this time I’ve already sent them back.
It’s been a back and forth battle and NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND . This Company is a scam and Refuse to give me a refund.

Everyone was friendly

Everyone was friendly, but I didn’t talk to anyone. It was all through emails. I received the second bracelet. Thank you for honoring the buy one get one free. I just have one complaint. How can you make the bracelet smaller? My daughter has a really small wrist and I pull mine really tight and it’s still doesn’t really have it touch my skin so I’m going to try to make it smaller. I hope this really works. It’s been a little glowing but not like it shows on your advertising but thank you. It’s very pretty.
