Ζήτησα ανάληψη από το SpinStellar στις 05-06-2025, ποσού 290€, έχοντας ήδη ολοκληρώσει την ταυτοποίησή μου από τις 13-05-2025. Παρότι η υποστήριξη επιβεβαιώνει ότι η ανάληψή μου είναι "σε προτεραιότητα", έχουν περάσει πάνω από 3 εβδομάδες χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική ενημέρωση ή πληρωμή.

Στο τελευταίο τους email μου απάντησαν με γενικόλογα για "εσωτερικούς ελέγχους συμμόρφωσης" και μου είπαν πως δεν μπορούν να δώσουν καμία χρονική εκτίμηση για το πότε θα πληρωθώ.

Δεν υπάρχει κανένας σεβασμός προς τον πελάτη ή τις υποχρεώσεις τους. Αν δεν υπάρξει άμεση επίλυση, θα προχωρήσω σε:

Καταγγελία στο Casino.Guru,

Καταγγελία στη ρυθμιστική αρχή,

Και διαδικασία επιστροφής χρημάτων (chargeback) μέσω του παρόχου πληρωμής μου.

Πολύ κακή εμπειρία. Δεν συνιστώ το καζίνο αυτό σε κανέναν μέχρι να αποδείξει συνέπεια στις πληρωμές.

I am waiting for my withdrawal now for 5 weeks! They dont tell me anything, I have to contact them for any information and I just keep getting the same automated response.
Update: 6 weeks now.

Also I asked them multiple times to close my account, but it is still active.

This was the absurd response I got when asking to close my account:

Voor het eerst 2× opname aangevraagd op 26 februari. Aanvragen zijn goedgekeurd. Ik weet niet hoe lang het gaat duren of ik ze uitbetaald krijg en of spinstellar casino een eerlijke casino is. Als ik mijn geld op tijd binnenkrijg dan krijgen ze compliment en 5 sterren van mij.

3 maart, eerste aanvraag al binnen
6 maart 2e aanvraag op mijn rekening. (Het duurt best lang totdat je je geld binnenkrijg.)
