Auszahlungszeit zu lange

Es ist heutzutage inakzeptabel, dass man drei Tage oder länger auf eine Auszahlung warten muss. Und wenn Ihre Website damit wirbt, dass das Geld nach 24 Stunden Bearbeitungszeit ausgezahlt wird, obwohl das nicht der Fall ist, führt sie den Spieler in die Irre. Andere Casinos schaffen das in 20 Minuten oder weniger auch bei viel Arbeitsaufwand und sogar an Wochendenden.
Ich warte jetzt seit dem 3.06.2025 bereits auf meine Auszahlung von 200€ da habe ich die E-Mail erhalten das es in Bearbeitung ist,also schon drei Tage Bearbeitungszeit ist zu lange.
Und befor sie wieder in ihrem Kommentar schreiben das es an meinem Zahlungsanbieter liegen muss ich sagen nein tut es nicht,hatte mich diesbezüglich an Jeton Gewand dies zu prüfen nur liegt ihnen noch keine Buchung über meine Transaktion vor,weil man mir im Chat versicherte das es bereits gebucht worden sei und der kyc auf E-Mails nicht mal antwortet.

Horrific experience

I am leaving this review of spinline casino because I am extremely unhappy with how they operate and feel like their terms and conditions are extremely predatory and greedy in regards to withdrawls.

First, regarding their support chat. They are useless, slow & do not seem to know their own terms and conditions and happily give you the customer false information regarding questions asked of them. ( ofocurse they will deny this). They are expert manipulators. I have it all screen recorded but otocurse trust pilot will not allow me to show you. I'll post elsewhere.

Now if you were lucky enough to win money at this casino you will find that their wirhdrawl policy is horrific.

You can only withdraw 1000€ per day. 5000€ per well & 20,000 euro per month. However, their support agents have no time limit on how long they have until they have to process your withdrawl, I find that it common practice for them to say that they have a high work load In order to delay withdrawls for as long as they want then another tactic they use is they do not process evening or weekend withdrawls.

Furthermore you cannot withdraw more than once at a time. So depsite their terms and conditions stating that you can withdrawl 1000€ per day. In reality because of how their financial team operates they could take only god knows how long to process your withdraw. & all that they can tell you is that in their terms and conditions it also states you cannot withdraw more than one at a time. So they are using one term and condition to override the other and using that along with their finance teams working hours and work load that they can not provide evidence of against you to delay the very small amount that you are allowed to withdrawl for much longer. So in reality it could take over a month to withdraw even 5000€ if your lucky enough to not spend your money as they offer poor responsible gambling tools and openly display your withdraw on the front page of the casino with the option to cancel it.

Then regarding verication. I have never had as much problems verifying with a casino as I am here. They are constantly lying to me about emails requesting further verification documents which I have sent only to be asked for more. They are telling me in support that they have emailed requesting further documents which is a lie. I have received no emails from them other than spam emails which offers clearly demonstrating that they have and can clearly send emails to me.

They purposely request documents, then once you upload these request more ridiculous items like for example. I am a candian citizen living in ireland under a residence permit. Despite me clearly sending them pictures of my passport, bank account, card & ultitly bills clearly proving my identity along with a photo of me holding my passport. They are now asking for a copy of my residence permit here in ireland. Something out of the many hundreds of casinos I have played at that I have never been asked for as again, I have proven my identity, I have proved my address, I have proven the payment method. It seems absolutely ridiculous to me. This has nothing to do with kyc depsite them saying otherwise as you will see in their response. This is clearly just a tactic to find any excuse not to pay out or to delay that pay out.

In my experience these are all pretty horrific tactics by a casino to take as much money from the player as possible and not pay out when possible. It's a very greedy tactic. One of the most horrible I have ever seen and I have been gambling and reviewing casinos for a long time.

So I ask, don't gamble here. Don't buy into the fake reviews below or the contradicting response this receives from the casino that I am not allowed to re respond to. Inspect their terms and conditions for your self & DO NOT deposit here. Once you do your money is trapped and lost. And I am sticking by that until proven otherwise.

I have no idea how they managed to secure a license and hope that they loose that license in the near future.

Fair enough I won 5000€ Here. I almost wish I didn't. It was not worth the absolute torment of having to deal with your casino in order to withdraw it. Many occasions I felt like spending it and being done with it. Never again. All gbl solutions casinos are now on my permanent banned list.

Oh and FYI, you guys need to fire the last 3 support agents that I have spoken to. The first was a lying, & elliot is the worst support agent I have ever spoken to.

Since they have already lied a threatening me once. I have zero confidence that they will not do this again and try and illegally withhold mt funds. In which case legal action will follow.

Easy withdraw

i was surprised how easy was to withdraw 750 EUR after jackpot. no additional review for account or something else. Other points at spinline also is good: big variety of slots, adequate guys in support. nice bonuses which makes you to come back sometimes, btw after such bonus i won and immediately withdraw 750 EUR.
