After showing approved and not seeing anything, contacted support then they remove all winnings all balances and denies All withdrawals and says mixed funds after their support specifically stated a purchase had to be made. withdrawals were made separately during different balances. Then claims refer back to terms of service... And literally denies withdrawals that were already approved once after going in and checking account. Now as a US citizen, if I was to do this I would probably get charged with a crime and get thrown into clink with paying restitution.
This is 100% theft.
