These are honestly the worst leads website I have ever dealt with I joined with these guys last year for roofing leads they kept on sending me chimney sweep jobs so I told them I’m a roofer not a chimney sweeper stop sending me these leads so I decided to give them another chance even tho I still got charged for the leads they sent me the next month they continued to do the same so I had enough and decided to cancel they have still been sending me jobs ever since and still charging me even tho I have rang up 3 times and told them to stop it enough is enough now it’s been over 8 months since I cancelled and there still sending me leads and charging me it’s honestly doing my head in now

Great customer services skills from ringing in today. Very friendly service was provided. With regards to the app very simple to use. Very good deal to just pay £19 for a call vs getting a sale.

The app is user friendly and self explanatory. It was was to set it up and it connects me easily to my customers within my set axis.

I recently downloaded the Spetz App and I'm so happy that I did! It's a great tool easy to use and setup.
And the manager got back to me quickly and was very professional in going over the app.
And the payment structure is very plain and easy no hidden charges I was able to calculate or budget my cost.
It is a worthwhile app

Once your signed up they increase their fees without telling you
Hide behind terms and conditions
When you tell them why don't they display their prices clearly per lead they mention terms and conditions
Taken money from my account
Never deal with them
Clearly a money making scheme and nothing more

The only reason they're getting one star is because I can't give no star this have caused me so much stress I have requested over 20 time's to cancel they keep trying to take money from my account I've called everyday with the past 7 or 8 days absolutely horrible bunch of conmen Please do not advertise with these people and can and can someone cancel my account

Receiving unsolicited text messages and calls with automated messages to our business saying they have a referral for us regardless of the fact we are not registered on their site. Highly suspicious.

My experience with Spetz.

This company is a total scam, the customer service is overseas, and is train to take your money without explaining that there is no refund.

I signed up with them in December of 2022, and 3 months later in March of me writing this review they have not delivered any jobs, I asked for a report of how many app download they have regarding customer and they cannot provide any information.

We are about to file a claim against this company, they are scamming people..

This company are shocking,they charge you £17+ for a phonecall,the account manager your allocated doesn't answer phone or return calls ,the customers or supposed customers want a diamond service for a coal price but you still charged a fortune, they also take money from your bank whenever they want
Absolutely avoid this company

I downloaded their app late last year
And suddenly I started receiving bill for sms sent to my phone for jobs. Even though I didn't accept such jobs. I contacted them to cancel the activated apps. They keep saying a manager would contact me. Afterward kept their routine send sms and charge me. I have written to them several mails asking them to stop. But they wouldn't. This scammers are ripping me off just like that. They have left me depressed.
I would never refer an enemy to this company. Don't download their app and take their service. You would regret it.
