USELESS SERVICE AGENTS
This site used to be good, but the level of service is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Im a VIP trying to claim my monthly bonus (which can only be done on livechat) and the useless buffoon of a service agent has no idea wgat to do.I provided ALL the relevant information, my VIP status screenshot, even screenshots of the bonus itself INCLUDING THE RULES and ths agent just replies "there is no bonus"... I swear a trained monkey could do a better job than this.
