I made the switch from another provider to SpeechWrite. This system is far more advanced and spot on with dictation and speech recognition. Been using it a week and has already made my life a lot easier and saved me time. The service and support has been excellent and very easy for myself and consultants to use. Very happy I switched :-)
They don't pay even after withdrawing your earnings. Customer care services are so poor that they don't pick up calls/reply to sms.

Speechwrite and their support team (Zak on the last few occasions) have been super helpful, knowledgeable and quickly sort out any issues we have. Would highly recommend this company for your dictation/transcription software needs, all the team go above and beyond.
Attempting to catch up on work following a holiday I found myself in the office on a Saturday with our Speechwrite system refusing to upload any of my dictations. A quick email to our Account Manager Darren confirming the problem then followed a speedy email from Dean and the support team with the fix for an issue created by the latest update from Google!
I was hugely impressed that this was all going on, on a Saturday and outside office hours and I was able to fix the issue.
Great service and support from the team at Speechwrite who clearly go 'the extra mile' for their customers. Would highly recommend.
I emailed after 9 pm for support with a glitch that was preventing me from accessing SpeechWrite360. Amazingly I not only got a reply but also had the problem resolved within 15 minutes. Great service
Speechwrite Support and Zak in particular were outstanding again today - extremely prompt response and the knowledge to sort quite a complex issue. Excellent.
Speechwrite 360 has been a game changer for how our GP's can create dictations. Most of them use their mobile app, allowing them to dictate a letter wherever they are. Meaning our dictations are completed in a timely manner. Our GP's love this product. It's so simple to use and the Support Team are always helpful. Couldn't ask for more.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Great support from the delivery team, and worked with us through all of the technical intricacies of setting up the software on our network. Couldn't recommend them more highly
