Just used Speechpad for the first time, for a complicated medical interview, with lots of technicalities and proper names.

Very quick, economical and, above all, impressively accurate. Even the punctuation was good, which never happens. The transcriber should be getting a bonus.

I talk really quickly and have an accent, so most AI transcription tools are useless at deciphering what I'm saying.

Speechpad uses real, human transcribers to ensure that I receive subtitles and captions that align with my words.

Most times, the transcription has a 98% accuracy, which is incredible.

Definitely recommend Speechpad if you need transcripts for recorded media.

Rarely hit the 24 hour turn around times, blamed thick accents (ie, Australian). One tough one that just seemed to bounce around their pool was the straw that broke the back, yet was done with half a day by another supplier.

Speechpad is like having your mom transcribe interviews for you -- she makes sure she checks spelling on proper nouns and uses good grammar. It's truly one of the best transcription services out there....fast and cost-effective, too!

In 2015 and 2016 I wrote two books on the Virginia Underground Press. I conducted about 50 interviews for both, and transcribing those interviews myself slowed the process down to about 1/4 of what it should have been.

for my 12th book on the history of death penalty abolition in Virginia, I knew that because of tight deadlines I had to speed up the transcription process or I would miss them. Thank God I discovered Speechpad. I have submitted so far 9 interviews and they all came back virtually flawless - even difficult names are spelled correctly. And even though I sign up for the 4-day turnaround, I sometimes get them in 2 to 3 days.

I was amazed at the fast turnaround on my project. I was expecting a transcript in four days, but got it back in one. And I did a quick spelling and grammar check and the transcript passed with flying colors.

I do interviews for a living and have happily used Speechpad for many years. Very accurate and fast service. Will use again for all video transcripts. My expectations were exceeded by both the speed of delivery and accuracy, as this was in New Zealand English I was expecting some words to be missed but I think it was pretty close to 100% accurate.
