I was delighted with my reglazed glasses. I had a very comfortable old frame - the most comfortable I ever had - so I was pleased to find this service online. The spectacles arrived back quicker than they had previously arrived when I order glasses locally. Would use again and recommend.

After searching for days on days, I finally decided to go with spectacles direct because they had a huge range of Ray Bans (my preferred brand) and were the ONLY online glasses store I found that accepted NHS vouchers.

I called up to ask a few questions and the service was excellent. The members of the team were very very friendly and I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Now the main praise I want to give is on the speed of delivery. I thought that to make a pair of prescription glasses it would take a week at least. I ordered on Monday, and they arrived on WEDNESDAY before 1pm. I'm in London and they're all the way up in Scotland! I was absolutely delighted to say the least and recommend them to anyone looking for a new pair of specs.

and then I asked myself are these headaches I'm getting really a result of me quitting smoking or just possibly because since breaking my last pair of spectacles three months ago I've been making do with an old pair or not bothering to wear any at all. Wasn't happy with the last optician I used so hit Google found spectacles direct ... always fancied prescription lenses in a Ray ban frame ... placed order, few days later they arrived tracked delivery - wearing them now - very happy customer!!!
and the headaches?? who knows but they seem to have gone too

I called spectacle direct straight after recieving the glasses as the service was second to none. A very fast and first rate service was provided , i have had 2 pairs made and one pair repaired and cannot fault the company. i have recommended them to several of my friends and will use the again when needed

David and the team are superb. My reglazed specs were just under a year old and a screw came loose so the leg could not be re-attached. Local opticians said you cannot fix that but we can give you 2 pairs for £300 (for my script) 1 'free' which we all know is useless if you have to update your lenses every year and are not made of money.

David told me that the frame would need new legs after sending him a photo, when he could not source the originals as I am not too vain he got me the nearest thing and fitted them free of charge! The results were perfect.

I had to update my prescription today and the optician said the glasses I had were exactly as per the prescription and pupil distance etc the local opticians had last recommended for me. Sadly I have had to buy new frames on this occasion but I know that I have a superb back up pair and also I know where I can get a good re-glaze next year.

Never mind bingo balls and zumba - see straight and get yourselves to spectacles direct.

Ordered my prescription reading glasses late on a Wednesday night and they arrived in the Saturday post. I'd be happy with something from Amazon arriving that quickly but to get a custom-made item in that time is truly impressive.

Found lensesinglasses after my optician quoted me over one hundred pounds to re-glaze my glasses. For exactly the same service lensesinglasses (which is the re glazing service offered by Spectacles Direct) quoted me £29! I was skeptical that this could be a genuine offer, but trusted the reviews on trust pilot and sent off my glasses.

After a very polite conversation on the phone my re glazed glasses arrived two days later, in a hard case with a new polish cloth, plus my old lenses!

Amazed that such a service can be offered for such a price. There are three more pairs in the house that'll be heading up to Edinburgh promptly.

Spectacles Direct offer a service that is fast, friendly, efficient and amazing value for money! I've recommended them to all my spectacle-wearing friends! What's not to love!

Placed order on Saturday evening. Delivered Wednesday morning. I cannot expect better than that. I chose Spectacles Direct over other, slightly cheaper suppliers (one of which I had used before) due to the others having poor customer feedback and / or problematic websites. Spectacles Direct gave me much more confidence, and I feel this justified paying £20-30 more (still £80 less than high street prices).
