I just love my spa and enjoy it every day. Tiffany was very knowledgeable and helpful - without being pushy, which I really appreciated. From the time I first visited the showroom, until delivery - everything went very smoothly.
Our dealings with Lisa were great. Her knowledge on the products was helpful in assisting us to select our spa. Only minus is the wait time for our spa.
We ordered an outdoor umbrella from Spa World and we were very pleased with the service rendered especially Lisa the floor staff. She has helped a lot in our order by being flexible in our purchase options due to urgent request.
We have used the umbrella everyday so far and we are please with the quality of the product.

We have purchased the Aquagym Max Swim Spa from Lisa at Spa World Osborne Park W.A. Lisa has been very helpful with our purchase and the many questions I had. We are not due to receive delivery till late September 2022. We look forward to this and will follow up with a review of delivery, Installation and performance.
Paid $35,000 for a ProPlus Spa pool. ordered it in June 2021. Spa arrivec in Perth march 2022 and installed in may 2022. Spa World did not track the Spa from the USA. Communication must be improved between head office , suppliers and agents. Spa World have rectified issues and we are happy with their customer follow up from Tiffani in Osborne park and Sandra in head office. Product 5 stars, communication 2 stars.
We purchased our spa with Tiffani before Christmas and we were advised that it would be in stock by 26th Jan. It ended up being pushed back a few times due to “shipping delays out of their control.” It finally came into stock in early April. It wasn’t until the spa was ready for delivery that we were told it would only be delivered if we pay $400 cash in hand due to having to manoeuvre the spa over some sand. On the day the contract was signed we went through our access, and spa world were provided with access photos and a birds eye view and were ensured “delivery within the metro area is free. Spa world were also made aware of access issues as time passed due to their delays. When we attempted to contact Spa world to discuss the surprise fee, we were first told by Tiffani they they will “see what they can do”. Following this our (upward of 30) calls, emails and sms were ignored. I eventually sent an sms to her advising of how upset and disappointed we were with the lack of customer service, they essentially took our deposit and then cut ties. We ended up biting the bullet and paid the $400 as we are so exhausted trying to chase this up and what should have been an exciting time because stressful and frustrating. If I could go back I wouldn’t have bought from these guys, and warn everyone to avoid.

So, after asking if Spa World was a scam, I have received some customer care - from Sara, Dale, but most of all from Hannah (she saved me from insanity!)
So I now have my spa, after some very cheeky dealings with Louis - their one and only delivery guy in Perth! Still no heat pump installed (even though the website says it must be installed at time of delivery in WA!) Wifi and health monitor only had one connection, so I opted for the wifi to be the one working (Louis said that had to be fixed) and there was some small damage to one of the panels, which Louis said would also be fixed!
However... The spa works and I can already feel the benefits of daily exercise (which I need badly) so will update you all when (if) everything gets completed. Cheers - Happy 'bubbling' :-)
Ordered a swim spa from Spa World last November.
Organised payment through Zip Money, so heavy deposit paid.
I was informed that delivery would take a few months, which wasnt a problem for me.
Received emails, saying expected delivery would be early April.
Great! Arranged for electrician and crane driver. Received further emails to say spa was now at their warehouse and delivery team would contact me within 48 hrs. That was 1 week ago now. They have taken Full payment from zip, but are not answering their phones and their showroom is shut up and locked.
It feels like I've paid $40,000 for nothing?
Very upset and want to get the police involved!

Very happy with the service and product from spa world. Due to COVID we had a delay with the delivery, however, Spaworld provided regular updates. In addition, I have had a few queries through the process and on each occasion I have had a quick response from Tiffani based in Perth. Tiffani also put me in touch with their technical department who were able to solve an issue i had setting up the spa I can't fault the after sales service.
Got the Hydrozone Plunge Swimspa. True, had to wait a long time from order date (mid January to December) but with the Covid delivery delays worldwide we could not blame any company. Saw one review not happy with delivery time but please be patient, we are all real. Unfortunately this is a world wide issue. Having to wait for many things, not just spa's. Sure will be worth the wait. I just got mine after ordering January. They kept us informed with group emails. One good part about the waiting was gave us time to prepare. Concrete slab, power etc. Once we got the confirmation email that it had arrived then the excitement begun. Delivery and installation was done in a half day. Had damage to end panel where loading may have punctured it but warranty was submitted on our behalf that day. An awesome large pool alternative.
On the 30th of October we went into the Osborne Park and purchased a spa. We were told that the spa would be arriving 20 November 2021 after recently being delayed. We were also assured by the sales consultant Tiffany that we would have the spa in time for Christmas.
On 06 November we received an e-mail stating that due to Covid the spa would be delayed until 05 December 2021.
On 18 November 2021 in anticipation of the spa arriving early December I made the remainder of the payment in full for the spa. There was no mention that the spa could be further delayed.
On 28 November we received another e-mail notification stating the same as the previous e-mail and now delaying delivery until 17 December 2021.
13 December we received another e-mail notification once again delaying the delivery until 22 December 2021.
On 15 December I e-mailed Tiffany requesting an update and saying that if delivery was not going to be prior to Christmas that a refund of at least 50% of out money should be refunded until such time delivery could be confirmed. WE have paid $8,300 which for us is a lot of money for something that we were told we would have for Christmas and if that is not the case then at least we should be refunded.
I received the following response:
Unfortunately we will not be able to complete your delivery by Christmas due to congestion. Your spa arrival is now expected on the 26th December. So plan for an early January delivery. I will contact you as soon as your spa is unpacked in the warehouse and ready to set delivery.
I do understand this can be frustrating for some although please note that it is out of our control.
To refund 50% of your money is most definitely possible although it is quite a lengthy process. By the time the funds have been processed for a refund you will be ready for delivery!
Thank you for all of your patience and understanding up to this point it is muchly appreciated and I will be in touch soon.
Unfortunately our patience has run out.
We have found a spa to buy from somewhere else and can get it before Christmas. Asked to cancel the order and now they are trying to slog me with a 10% cancellation fee. It's not my choice to cancel. They have not been able to make delivery. I will be fighting the 10% cancellation fee.
Think twice before buying from them - unless they have stock - because they lie about delivery dates.
We purchased a Vortex Dual Zone Swim Spa from Spa World Osborne Park WA in July 2021. Without any previous Spa experience we were very nervous with such an important purchase for our family.
Tiffani was more than helpful on our first visit to Spa World. She gave us realistic expectations straight up from delivery times to choices in Spa models. We were so impressed with the Spa styles and quality at Spa World.
We did shop around and found Spa Worlds service and Product to exceed any others around Perth. After a swim trial recommended by Tiffani we were sold on the Vortex Dual Zone Swim Spa to suit our families needs.
From purchase to installation, Tiffani, Beau and the team at Spa World have made our first Spa purchase a really great experience. Can't recommend them enough. Even after installation a few issues arose but were taken on board and are in the process of getting sorted.
Thank you Tiffani and everyone at Spa World Osborne Park, we greatly appreciate all your help and great customer service with our Vortex Spa, especially during these trying Covid times.

I found Mark at Spa World to be very knowledgeable. I doubt there is anyone who knows more about spas than him. He takes you each step of the way from delivery to setup. Even calling on the phone to help with initial set up. He was very responsive to our needs and I have NEVER experienced such good customer service. The spa itself exceeded our expectations. If you are getting a spa you would be mad to go elsewhere.
