I bought a Spartan ultimate pool cue from them and the following has been my experience. I 1st saw them on Ebay but decided to buy from them directly, and so glad i did as they had a discount deal on for cue and case when bought together. The delivery was quick and my order was we'll packaged. The cue is beautiful and in use feels solid and well made. I had a question regarding what tip they use on the cue and Craig responded very quickly with a comprehensive answer with a reason behind their choice. Family owned company who actually play pool, who I personally will support as much as I can after experiencing their customer service.

Great from start to finish, with knowledge and asking what it is that suits me to recommendations and advice. We went to trial a few different cues based on what we liked and there was what we needed and more! Not pressured once in to buying or spending a higher amount! Great service, Thanks

Really happy with the service from Craig. Came in as a rookie not being sure of exactly what my ideal specs for a cue were. Craig taken the time to prepare a selection of cues for me within my budget with different weights, tip sizes, 1 and 3/4 pieces and let me try them all for various shots etc. until I found one I was comfortable with. Even let my try some of the top end cues just for comparison! Great value for the cue and the case and would recommend to anyone looking for a cue whether beginner or pro.
