Working with Spark UGC was such a great experience! This was one of my first UGC collaborations, and Rosie made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the beginning, her communication was clear, professional, and friendly, and she provided detailed instructions that made it easy to understand the campaign requirements.

Rosie was also very patient and supportive throughout the process, always available to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. I really appreciated how organized everything was and how valued I felt as a creator.

We are an elderly group who sought Sparucg’s help to make a training video. Chris oversaw the whole project and guided us through a novel experience with extreme patience, kindness and professionalism. We all enjoyed ourselves and the result was outstanding. The video was well received by our audience and will be used more extensively than originally planned due to the quality of the production.
