As a first time buyer, the whole buying process was really daunting to us. Steven made it easy and understandable. Steven was really hands-on about my case. He's open, transparent and insightful on options regardless if it's a product transfer or a re-mortgage entirely. He's genuinely pushing for a better rate which is saying something given the current economy. We had several calls so far and thought each one is better than actual meetings due to the convenience and the amount of information I received and the options laid out for me.
