Started thining about investing in real estate not so long ago. Haven't joined the investors club yet, but using free tools like the returns calculator, it's very helpful. There are also a lot of resources to learn about the sector, and they are actually helpful and well-written (one of the founders is a published author and it shows). You don't feel like they try to push you into investing and buying anything from them asap and actually let you educate yourself, which is rare for this market
