Totalt värdelöst företag. Precis som alla andra skriver så är inte varan det som visas på hemsidan. AI produkter till 100% Det går inte returnera utan man får värdelöst erbjudande på ett prisavdrag på 1% av varans pris. De tjänar på att ha butiken för att man inte får sina pengar i retur och de går inte att ångra sitt köp. Hållt på med dessa nu 2 veckor fram och tillbaka och det höjer återbetalning med 5 kr.

I feel completely misled. The product is marketed as a champagne advent calendar, yet it contains no bottles of champagne at all. Instead, it consists of tiny toy bottles. Not only does this bear no resemblance to what was advertised, but the items are also unsuitable even as a gift for children, as they are small enough to pose a choking hazard. In other words, the product is neither what it claims to be nor safe for any alternative use.

I wanted to return the products and what I got in return is this answer: Please send images (in JPG format, less than 1MB) of the product, the waybill, and the SKU QR code. An example SKU QR code and waybill image (typically, SKU label is on the internal packaging) is attached below.
Waybill is the receipt ( containing the details of your address, tracking no, and product name) attached to the package.
Our SKU tag (an alphanumeric code under a QR code) is attached to the inner bag. Who saves the inner plastic bag??

Extremely disappointed.

This complaint was sent to the company: Thank you for tricking me with those advent calendars that were supposed to contain small bottles of whiskey and champagne. I had to pay the price of the item plus customs fees of 178 SEK for two packages filled with molded plastic bottles without any drink in them at all.
Look up dont buy from this company!

Oseriöst företag, fick inte vad de annonserade. De vägrar att skicka retursedel erbjuder 70:- i kompensation.

Detta företaget är inte seriöst, man kan inte returnera, dem erbjuder 43 sek i ersättning om jag vill behålla varorna och betala avgifter på 460sek för julkalendrarna som va fake.

Bluffannons sades ingenting om att man behövde ett simkort .Alltså är det inte gratis wifi

Akta er för detta företag, går ej att skicka tillbaka varor man ej är nöjd med.Köpt 2 kalendrar för 500kr och när jag vill skicka tillbaka erbjuder de 52kr i goodwill
