Needed parts quickly, they didn’t post until 4days after ordering.
Parts showed up 8 days after purchase.
Customer service does not exist.

Not worth the aggravation
Dealing with Spares Box Customer "Service" is an absolute nightmare, as they are not interested in customer satisfaction, and do not reply to messages. Two weeks after online purchasing an item for delivery, I am out of pocket and do not have the item I needed. Spares Box could have solved this problem but chose not to. For a couple of bucks less, doing business with Spares Box is not worth the hassle.
Sparesbox is Great - Yet Again!
I've been dealing with Sparesbox for a couple of years, and I've always found them good to deal with. I recently purchased a one-litre container of Penrite Classic Coolant. It arrived, as described, early.
Amazing Customer Service 5 Stars
I have purchased many items from Sparesbox over the years and had a great experience each and everytime. I recently purchased the wrong Fuel pump (completely my fault) and Noah from support helped me through the return process with amazing 5 star communication and no hassle at all. I will continue to very happily use Sparesbox for all my purchases in future where possible and i highly recommend using Sparesbox. 5 Stars for everything, FYI Get in contact with Sparesbox and give them your VIN number etc before purchasing/checkout so you get the correct items the first time.

They are obviously set up by someone savvy with online market, just no clue about business. I ordered an urgent part and they advised it would be within 7 days and 15 days later I was still chasing them and all they could provide was some motherhood bull crap. Order has been refunded but I would really avoid these guys as they obviously sell what they don't have.

I have dealt with Sparesbox for many spare part purchases for 12 months on a 1988 Nissan R31. Their communication and service throughout has been 5 Star

Sold me a product they don’t have, been 3 weeks and contacted them about 5 times, keep getting told they are escalating the problem and someone will let me know, but no one does. Still no part, still no answer. Customer service is discussing. I wouldn’t recommend this company if it was the last place around. VERY BAD SERVICE!
Wong parts with no return
Wong parts sent, all accountability avoided by the seller Sparesbox to recify problem with various excuses. Would not take item back as they claimed they would before purchase. Outright dishonesty!

Shipping policy sucks, my home is 1km from castle hill but apparently it costs $5 more to go there. Makes online shopping not viable when you charge $14.90 to ship a circuit breaker to a Sydney suburb
Wrong parts matched with vehicle
Wrong parts matched with vehicle. I used Sparesbox to find the correct brake pads to buy for my Amarok Sportline 2019 3.0L 165KW. The website incorrectly advertised the Bendix DB1915 HD Heavy Duty Brake Pad Set as compatible, which I ended up buying at another store due to $30 cheaper at the time......when we tried to fit it, it was the wrong part, and required the Bendix DB2595 HD instead...
I ordered engine oil and a filter
I ordered engine oil and a filter, it took 2 weeks to arrive, the tracking information stated items being prepared for shipment for ten days. I contacted sparebox five times with only one reply. I also don't like the way their website states "free shipping for orders over $99 nation wide" and then in small print "metropolitan areas only". Metropolitan areas (which is 20km radius of the city GPO) is not nation wide!

I ordered discs which apparently were suitable for my vehicle, however, they were not compatible. I filled in the online support request and am still waiting for the company to respond. In the meantime my car is up on blocks until I have replacement brake discs to fit.

Impossible to contact, terrible company
Received our order and was missing an item. Tried to call, they have an automatic message saying they won't answer the phone due to covid, let that sink in.
Have tried for days to get a response via email, nothing. Used their enquiry form on their website, nothing. Messaged via Facebook, again no response.
I have no choice now but to contact the ACCC and file an official complaint.
Avoid this company at all costs.
WOW where do I start
WOW where do I start, maybe I should stick to what they did well, they took my money, everything else could not be worse if you tried, lying about shipments and tracking numbers, I get the impression they will not be open much longer.
Delivery in weeks not days plus lots of BS
Having attempted to deal with Sparesbox previously I was under no illusion about what was likely but prepared to give them another chance. I contacted Sparesbox to establish if they actually had stock and if not to get an ETA for an order in item. Answer - no stock but 3-5 days to dispatch. Actual 12 July - 27 July. The part was then dispatched with Couriers Please who are well known for crap service and substandard delivery times. They lost the parcel and it took another week to get to me - 2 August. This was the second chance there won't be another. If you find their price attractive then you need to think about how long you are willing to wait because it can be up to 8 weeks or longer because despite what they claim at order time they rarely have stock. I don't think they are dropshipping, I know they are and liars to boot. Order at your peril.

I will never deal with this company again. They do not care about customers, Noah in Returns must be very busy with complaints. Should have purchased from China or Amazon it would have been here quicker.
