The villa that I was looking at was too good to be true and this company wanted a bank transfer to reserve the property (Red flag). I found the official listing for the property elsewhere at a much higher price. They had never heard of this company and did not use them as agents. Please beware.

I am writing on behalf of Balearic Villas in Pollensa regarding the unauthorised use of our property listings and professional photographs on your website.
You have copied and published property details relating to properties that are exclusively marketed and listed through Balearic Villas, without our permission or authorisation. You have also reproduced and displayed our professional photographs without consent.
We require you to immediately remove all property listings, descriptions, photographs and other content belonging to or supplied by Balearic Villas from your website and any associated platforms under your control.
You have no authorisation from Balearic Villas, our clients, or the relevant rights holders to reproduce, publish, advertise or otherwise use this material.
Please confirm in writing that:
1. All unauthorised property listings and associated content have been removed.
2. All photographs supplied or owned by Balearic Villas have been removed.
3. The material will not be republished or used by you in the future without our prior written authorisation.
4. Any third parties or associated platforms to whom you have supplied this material have also been instructed to remove it.
This matter concerns the unauthorised use of our commercial content and copyrighted professional photography. We therefore reserve all rights and remedies available to us in respect of this unauthorised use.

We have already removed the properties from our platform and can confirm that they are no longer listed.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We take these matters very seriously and have already started an internal investigation to determine how this property appeared on our website. Based on our initial findings, the listings appear to have been imported through an API feed from a third-party distribution channel. We are currently reviewing the source to ensure that this does not happen again.
We would also like to reassure you that we have not received any bookings or reservations for these properties through our platform, since they were newly listed.
As you can see, we have acted immediately and in good faith as soon as the issue was reported. In light of this, we would kindly ask you to remove the negative Trustpilot review relating to this incident. We believe the issue has been resolved promptly and professionally, and we hope our actions demonstrate our commitment to addressing legitimate concerns responsibly.

Please be aware that our villa in Mallorca is being advertised on this website, even though we have not authorised this agency to do so. They are advertising weeks that have long since been fully booked. As also other owners of holiday villas in our area are affected by the same problem we suspect this may be a fake website.
