I booked via spadays.com.au for one of…

I booked via spadays.com.au for one of their locations: Tanya. The spa package with 1 hour massage plus use of sauna, steam, jacuzzi and pool is $125 per person. At the other location Alysium is $152. I have screenshots of the charges because there's a couple of us sharing and looking at other options.

They quickly charge my card and after few minutes, I received an SMS stating that Tanya is fully booked. I was offered to go to their other location Alysium Hilton Hotel. However, they said it will be $167 per person. I said that is not right because at the time of my booking the price was only $152, that is so cunning. Then, they said... out of their goodwill gesture they will only charge for $152 + $24 (for the three person) for weekend penalty rates. Then, they sent me the calculation showing $159 + $8 ($24/3 persons for the weekend) = still $167 per person. We are now requesting for refund. Unbelievable, this people!
