My daughter, her husband and myself arrived back in the UK needing 3 family cars. Elliot took the time to listen to each of our needs which were all different and showed us each multiple options pointing out the pros and cons of each.
After we made our selections he was patient while we sorted our finances and ensured each car was ready to pick up when we needed it.
I am absolutely certain the next time we needed a vehicle, Elliot at Spa Motors will be our first stop.

I have never bought a car from Spa before. I visited to browse their selection of vehicles suitable to tow a horse trailer.

Joe Bayliss asked me a number of questions as he showed me the available vehicles. He suggested that I should look at a Discovery which was held by their Herefordshire branch. I liked the look of it and he arranged for it to be brought over that afternoon. I ended up buying it.

Joe exhibited the highest professional standards and was courteous and knowledgeable. He made the process easy to understand, straightforward and efficient. What has been painful in the past definitely wasn't here.

He kept me informed over the next few days as to the state of readiness and I picked up the vehicle within the timelines he had described.

Nicely laid out website, with plenty of car options for our range and price. Showrooms were fairly local to us, but chose to visit Hereford, as they had the make and model we were looking for.
Elliot our salesman, introduced us to the car and left us alone to explore the features to see if it was right for us. No pressure sales, just a good honest advice and knowledge provided. Decision made and the purchase process was straightforward and open. The car was serviced and prepared and after a few days, taken to Spa Motors Brecon site, for an easier pick up by us. Very happy with the process from start to finish and have no hesitation in recommending Spa Motors to anyone looking for vehicles in our area.

Dealt initially with Carwyn then when visiting the garage for viewing a young gentleman man named Joe showed me around the vehicle.
Don’t let the youth of these two guys let you believe that customer service would suffer because of that , from the very first conversation to the handing over of the keys was faultless. Not at all pushy or impatient.

I am hoping this Truck will see my working life out but if it doesn’t I will be making a return visit to Soa Motors .

Absolute incompetence from beginning to end!
Very bad experience purchasing a car. Was leaking break fluid & tyre pressure grossly under inflated as well as other major faults when checked at a repayable garage. Customer service on the day of purchase like a circus!
I sincerely do not recommend this company unless you are desperate!!

Elliot liaised with me via messaging, whilst I am apprehensive about remote vehicle purchase, I sent Elliot numerous questions and concerns. He answered all messages timely and precisely raising my confidence, especially with commitments.
