Great service again from the guys in the Llandrindod Wells branch, in particular Rob Doherty. The vehicle was immaculate when handed over to me and the company’s after care is also delivered to the same high standard.

Great purchase experience with Spa Motors from start to finish. Saw a vehicle on-line and arranged to go for a test-drive at the Llandrindod Wells site.
Special mention must go to Rob Doherty, the Sales Executive, who assisted us throughout. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle, Rob couldn't have done more. No high-pressure sales' techniques, just a patient, welcoming attitude. The car being purchased - for a relative - was an automatic, while I am more used to manuals. Rob offered advice throughout on how best to drive the vehicle.
Because the vehicle being purchased was a desirable one, no discount could be offered on the price. However, to help 'sweeten the deal', Rob helpfully arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to us at no extra cost (around a 45-minute drive). 'Going the extra mile' for customers in this way helps set apart Spa Motors from the competition. More than happy to recommend.

Gareth was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom. I'm not familiar with many of the features on modern cars, but he was very patient and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I'm very happy with my Shogun, which is a genuinely good example of it's type and was very well presented. I would definitely buy from this business again.

Owain was extremely helpful, and patient with me, as I'm hard to please, asked for one specific model but ended up buying another model. So obviously a very good sales man. He could sell sand to an Arab. Good relationship. Thank you.

We called by the garage just before closing one evening to look around the cars, we were met by Owen Davies, who was very helpful, in no rush to go home, we said we would come back to test drive a car which we have just purchased since, Owen said, if we wanted we could test drive it that evening, we asked a few questions, which he gave us the answers what we wanted to hear.
