Ordered an item I needed urgently, took them 3 days to cancel the order without an explanation. I’m guessing their website does not reflect their actual stock. Disappointing

Great service and super friendly staff
Great service and super friendly staff. They are able to create a cosy home feel and are receptive to the needs of the customer. Not to mention the good time management.

Good appointment
My appointment was booked on the wrong time in error and they went out of their way to find someone who could do what I wanted. The young girl came on from home. She was polite, gentle and customer focussed. Please thank her for coming in at short notice and treating my hair with care

Great customer service
Great customer service.
Anytime I visit I always make sure I give as I can at the time because they deserve it and businesses are closing every day so I actually want to support them as much as possible.

What no coupon!!!
4 stars for having the product, but as a returning customer who made a purchase of nearly £200 it would have been nice to get a coupon that actually works
