Recently left a 1 star review for these guys turns out they were having technical issues which is why they hadn’t got back to me unfortunately for whatever reason I can not remove that post however since they contacted me and rectified the issue have since ordered from them again and had a fantastic experience will continue to these guys fantastic products and the gentleman who called me was beyond helpful will be back for more products and can’t apologise enough for leaving the 1 star review

Really good helpful friendly people at Southwest CBD! Their website is easy to use and it makes me feel reassured. Another thing every time I order things off there site I know I’m getting a good quality product proof is in the pudding tried and tested!

I apologize for the inconvenience. The unprecedented demand leading to a delay in some postcodes served by this service center. Please be assured that the parcel is not lost or stolen. It'll be out for delivery at the earliest. We have an update from the depot that there is a delay, however, we are trying our best to fix this. The current status will be updated overnight.
So Please rest assured your parcel has been for filled our end and you will receive tracking updates via your tracking number provided

Amazing products, very fast delivery!
Ordered some smoking products, some tan and deep freeze muscle balm!
The muscle balm is a game changer! I suffer with headaches and migraines I've been putting the muscle rub on for week's now and it's made such a massive difference!
The tan is absolutely amazing and smells great!
