Incredible gym with top of the range equipment and lovely staff. I don't understand people complaining about a small price increase, costs of business are always rising and this gym make continuous investments and improvements, you can tell the owners understand training and powerlifting.

Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

Great facility alongside a great community. Equipment selection is really impressive and continued cleanliness throughout the gym makes the experience even better.

Fantastic gym, with a vast array of excellent equipments and great space for free weight workouts as well. It also has great timetables. The best gym I’ve ever used, hands-down.

Without a doubt the best gym in Dublin. Huge variety of machines that you can't find in any gym, great service and a very good environment for videos 😜 There are some gyms near home, but I chose South Side for the attention given from the beginning! I recommend it to everyone!

An opportunistic and greedy company that should be avoided. This is a good facility and the equipment is great. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The General Manager is unhelpful and was unwilling to refund either of the two payments (€118) they took after my request to cancel membership using the contact details online (no online cancellation facility). They quote Ts&Cs that are buried on the website rather than facilitating anything as a gesture of a goodwill. Its clear I intended to cancel as this was requested, and had not attended since this date, yet there is nothing they can do to help due to 'company policy'. Disappointing.

The range of equipment (machines, types of bars, dumbbells) in Southside is amazing. Great atmosphere too. Men's changing rooms is a bit small, but happily take that considering the space and equipment. Overall, definitely one of my favourite gyms I've ever trained in, anywhere in the world.

Great gym. So much equipment, couldn’t ask for a better gym.

Really like the buzz and the team. I especially value Aoife Hennessy and Jack Maverley as not only amazing and knowledgeable PTCoaches, but great at customer service, client focussed and always attentive to the whole gym and the people who use it. Would appreciate more daylight in the gym and the very blue lights and stark white are a bit on an agitation for migraine sufferers or anyone with epilepsy. Reception could be a bit more welcoming even just acknowledging with a good morning as opposed to zero response!

Best female coach ever, go Aoife! Always listen to us and makes me feel comfortable in the Gym.

Southside is the best gym I've ever been too, the effort into the improvements over the last ten years has been brilliant. There is a fantastic community there for long term members with the friendliest staff. A lot of effort has been put in recently into getting more high quality equipment which is great to see. The only criticism I have about the equipment is the maintenance and assembly, machines both new and old tend to break quite frequently, I would recommend adopting more professional maintenance and assembly of new machines and to not disregard the maintenance of older but still viable equipment.
As a long term member I paid 39 but was shocked to hear the price jumped to 59, understandable with a demanding economy but also a shame in it becoming not so budget friendly anymore. Aside from these criticisms I have only good things to say about Southside!
