I was skeptical at first so i reviewed the site for hours and then decided to buy my tab cover. It really did come, with the safest packaging i have ever seen. I'm gonna get anything I need from south port now.

I had ordered a s24plus case on 19th jan 2025 . Order number being s15205 , i raised a ticket of cancellation on 20th jan ticket number 4449 . The product was dispatched to me on 21st jan 2025 , on 21st jan again i raised a new ticket 4467.on 22nd jan i received the product and raised a new ticket 4473 . None of the tickets i received any reply . I made numerous calls to 7011443660 and 9899740474 but no one receives calls . On whtsapp they leaves message as" Hey,

Sorry we could not answer your phone call as we are either busy or away. Please tell us your query and we will try to help you here.

But on replying the same no response is received .
On 27th jan they contacted me for a diffirent order issue and i shared my problem with them. They assured pickup the next day , but then again i received no reply from their side , no mails , no call , no whtsapp . The item is in sealed and unopened condition as per their terms and i notified them prior shipping. I need them to pick the item and issue refund .

a fantastic site for genuine products, bought a Samsung galaxy watch 5pro(Demo version) although a bit skeptical at the beginning, i was pleasantly surprised with the service and info provided by them, the watch was in excellent condition and works flawlessly, would highly recommend southport.
