Southern Solutions took over the MSP provision for a longstanding client of mine 5 months ago. The switch was seamless (despite the client's fears!) and the service they provide is already exceeding expectations. I believe every single member of the team (around 15-20 people) has spoken with the support team at some point and all of them have been delighted with the outcome: friendly, patient and professional on every occasion. We have been using Southern Solutions for just over 6 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for IT support and consultancy.
They are a super friendly team, knowledgeable, and most importantly, approachable. We know firsthand that nothing is every too big, too small, or too silly. We value the relationship that we have built with them and rather than feeling like just a number, feel that they value us too.
They are also proactive in providing annual cyber security training which gives us piece of mind that our business is as secure as we can make it.
