Replaced all the windows in our place very quick and did a great job. Highly recommended! Shane was a joy to have working on them.

From entering the showroom to receiving a quote to install date it’s been great. Turn around has been much quicker than we expected too. Adrian and Taylor were our fitters and they have done a great job. Always on time, always left it clean and tidy and were very friendly but also got on with the job. Thanks for an easy plan and install. Will use again for future work.

Although installation of a new composite door was expected before Christmas it was not a problem for us that it was not fitted until first week of Jan. The door was exactly as we had ordered and the fitting was done professionally. Fitter also gave us good advice on maintenance and I today received their online maintenance booklet. Really happy with final product and service we received from ordering, surveying and fitting.

form the initial meeting at the premises to 3 weeks ordering and then just 5 days after that the fitting which took 3 days, the fitters were helpful and looked after the office why I was not there

Anthony the project manager was always available to speak to us and was happy to answer any questions.
The fitters were very professional and knew what they were doing also very clean and tidy.
We would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered replacements for 2 double glazed windows and a conservatory. The main concern was the poor quality of the units. Everything fitted by South Coast had to be sorted out - mainly because the quality control was poor. Not only that, the sealant for the windows was badly executed and had to be replaced. The walls around the windows were not made good.The fitters left their tools and fittings on the lawn and did not tidy up after themselves at end of day. It all seemed so rushed. It took a few phone calls/e-mails to get someone back to rectify all the snags.

I am not happy with the work and have now seen rust appearing on the ceiling of the conservatory, ?from a fixing.
In hindsight, the initial assessment was lacking, including options for types of windows not explored.
Two stars is generous.
