John Cooper was the main contact but he had a colleague with him for one or two days. The quality of the work was very poor and the worksite and attitude was sloppy:
1. The repointing work was left half completed and they needed to come back (it was still shoddy work but at least it is now done).
2. The leak in our chimney was addressed but one rainfall later and the leak appears to have worsened. We have no idea how they have done that.
3. Mortar and cement is splashed all around where they were working, I can't get it all up as it has been splashed onto delicate places and hard to reach places.
4. Instead of proper scaffolding, they stood on a shed with a fragile roof. This has broken the roof and it will need to be replaced.

In follow up, John has made excuses after excuses and has now been rude via messages. He says this company is now dissolved.

This is not a one star, but, it had to be rated to write the review
Three times they didn't turn up when they were supposed to and twice they said they would phone back and they didn't.
I am so pleased they didn't do the job as they said they would. Very unreliable and wouldn't recommend.

This work was done by Ashley the so called "good quality" work around 2 weeks ago in my home.

1. The connector to the bucket just drop down to the bucket after he leave my home.

2. The screws of the bracket not fully down to the wall

3. The end towards the open of the bucket should have another bracket to make it more stable.

I called/whatspp him many times come back to fix, he promised me over phone but finally no show.

The is the quality of your staff and the output of your company's 20 years experiences, what a shame!
