Everything was explained well and happened that way.

My husband received his Discovery hearing aids on Monday, they are great! The problem we are having is, we can’t get in contact with customer service to ask any questions about the phone app.
It’s been three days and customer service does not answer our calls.
Please give us a call back please!

the hearing aids where here in a very short time. And was very easy to put in. I had very little trouble putting them into my ear. I am very glad that I can hear again.

Even though the hearing aids did not work for me I was satisfied with their prompt response and return policy.

So far this is a great product. I enjoy being able to customize the sound properties through the SoundBright app. Keep up the good work.

I'm very much impressed with the Soundbright hearing aids and after sale follow-up program. Their emails offer all kinds of helpful suggestions concerning adapting to, handling, and care of their excellant hearing aids.

These are the first hearing aides I have ever had and the experience has been very good. Easy to use and recharge, small and simple to operate. I love the kit of extras domes and cleaning supplies too.

These work better than my prescription hearing aids did! I have already started recommending them to people!

The Aids performed really well-- Sounds were good and I could understand folks and here the TV at a low volume--Some sounds at a large function are confusing because I hear everything at once-- but probably I need to get use to the many sounds

They fit easily in your ears. They were very easy to set. I hear just great with them.

I bought their Hearing Aid via Paypal. It was terrible, constant squealing. I called Customer Support, no answer but left a message. After getting no response, called again, left another message, and set an email. Still no response. After about a month some guy named Ricardo contacted me saying he wanted to make it right and wanted me to change my review on Trustpilot. Gave him my order # and my receipt from Paypal. After a few more weeks was contacted by "The Soundbright Team" stating they could find no record of my purchase??? So I just gave up, wrote it off as a loss, and swore I'd never do business with Soundbright (hear.com) again!!! Again on 3/20/26 I received an email from "Ricardo" claiming to be a representative of Soundbright who wants to clear up this matter requesting that I send him a copy of my PayPal invoice so he could verify that I was indeed a Soundbright customer. He stated that once he received that info he would clear up this matter within 24 hours. So, AGAIN I sent a copy of my invoice plus I forwarded to him 2 emails I had previously received from Soundbright 1 congratulating me on my purchase and another advising my hearing aids had shipped. Certainly that should be enough to prove I had indeed purchased their junk hearing aids. It's now been well over 24 hours and I've heard nothing at all back from anybody at Soundbright. I can't help but wonder now if "Ricardo" is more interested in trying to discredit my negative review that he is in resolving my complaint. Perhaps some customers have received good hearing aids? I don't know. All I do know is that the ones I received are total junk and their customer service is even worse that the hearing aids. I guess people must also believe PayPal is involved in helping me perpetuate a scam over a $79 pair of junk hearing aids since they created an invoice for me to send to you . And also Soundbright also participated by sending me emails about my purchase! You "Ricardo" are the fraud and the loser in this. I've long ago given up on getting my moneyback. By the way if anyone at Trustpilot wishes I will gladly send them a copy of my PayPal invoice as well as the 2 emails I received from Soundbright about my purchase. Then you can see who the fraudster is!

My experience with Soundbright discovery is that it’s an incredible product very effective in meeting my needs specifically concerning mild hearing loss and extreme tinnitus. I’ve had the hearing aid for approximately a month now and I have grown to love every minute of every day that I’ve been able to use them. They have really helped tremendously with my situation. Soundbright is a very viable option for those that are looking for devices with mild to moderate hearing loss and tinnitus the technology that they’re using have been implemented in such a very crucial way to meeting the needs of those who are looking for economical options comparable to the high-end community.

Finally I ordered the "Sound bright Discovery"
At the age of 72 yrs I'm retired Along with being old
I was a Pro audio engineer "Sound mixer" for 42 yrs My career was primarily Live shows because volume was @ SPL "Sound Pressure Levels" @ 120db (more often than not) @ 130db that kind of volume can cause permanent hearing loss often in just a matter of a few minutes I did this for decades hearing loss was copiously in the loss of " intelligibility coherence " It's the lack of understanding what's being said
Lastly: my hearing has vastly improved !

Need to better Operate between programs. Sound quality pretty good. Probably better with feature manipulation. Problem: seems not to hear phone calls or respond to callers. Is there an.app?

It's small, fits in the ear well, and had more volume than I need. Only have to charge the case up every 2 weeks. It's great.

These hearing aids work great. I bought the mini and they are just the right size. The sound is great and they are easy to use

Since I flushed my first hearing aid down the toilet, I needed fast del on second set. They were hear fast thank you

What a wonderful and well designed quality hearing aid. I am 87 yrs old and have limited hearing loss. This hearing aid comes at the right time. Thank you very much for replacing what I can't hear with new updated sounds

Love my hearing aids. I recommend to a friend to needed them. The quote from Dr was thousands. She purchased a pair waiting for them to come in. I can actually hear. I heard a baby in the balcony at church Sunday, was not crying but making noises. Ask my husband if he heard her. He didn’t. Amazing sound. Thank you.!!
