Please don’t order from here unless you…

Please don’t order from here unless you want to be unhappy and momey wasted. The quality of the clothes are like Shein but are way over priced. The clothes fit smaller than their actual size. When you reach out to return they will provide you with no return label just a address in CHINA and tell you , you have to pay shipping costs and proof of receipt and it’s your responsibility shipping goes without any issues or it’s on you and they will not refund you! They make the return so difficult so you just will resort to their offer of a partial refund for ONlY 30 percent of what u paid for.

Do not order from this company! Do not believe the photograph! Do not believe the fake reviews! It’s a total bait and switch. Call your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges based on fraud. Company does not represent appropriately. It’s products.

Falscara kiss eyelashes

Falscara kiss eyelashes I watched youtube videos and I applied just like QR code says to they were falling off and I used a lot of the product so they don't fall off I've used cheaper ones on Amazon and these I could take off without any removal liquid. Avoid

The items were of really bad quality

The items were of really bad quality. As I went on to return the items, I asked for the returning adress (as it says on their website) and got no answer.

Poor quality item for the price

Poor quality item for the price, delivery took forever, returning is too difficult, terms state 60% refunded to original payment method and 40% store credit to be used in 90 days. Complete con. Avoid this company- SHEIN will offer the same quality at a fraction of the price. Really disappointing.

THE FIT WAS NOT GOOD AND RETURN IS IMPOSSIBLE! STILL CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO RETURN THE ILL-FITTING PRODUCT. WHY CANT A RETURN LABEL BE PROVIDED???

We can see that you made a return request on Saturday which is a weekend and your return request was processed promptly on next working day which is Monday, 2 days later. We would like to remind you that our office is closed on weekends and any request we receive on weekends will automatically be processed on next working day which is within our stipulated processing time of 2-3 days. We can assure you that your return request was dealt with swiftly as we can and as stated in our return policy.

My order came with no problem and fabulous dress

My order came with no problem. The dress I ordered looked every bit the same as the image on the web site and maybe even better! Good quality, beautiful dress. I would definitely order again
