It was a great decision to join soul sanskar. I tried many other prenatal courses took a demo and was disappointed with their yoga. But from the first class itself I was sure soul sanskar can be relied for my prenatal journey. Anchal is very knowledgeable both in yoga and in scriptures. She is very educatives. In her sessions we work on complete body parts to open up pelvic muscles and strengthen body. I feel energetic and flexible even in my 8th month. Since I joined early I haven't had pains in accomodating the growing baby. I have also learned how to communicate with my baby. Overall it's a great experience I look forward to her classes.

It is a good learning intro about whole pregnancy session

i have attended garbh sanskhar bery first time.i have relived from stress somewhat.spoken clearly and how to make a good bond with baby and also brain development with baby.she has made nice activities so that we can divert from the stress or anxiety

It’s was good class. I got revision of whole subject of development once again so over all good experience.
My suggestion is dt plz include more precious and thing to avoid during dt particular month so dt vll help all new moms

It was good to know some new things never heard of. This would surely help to set a new routine for betterment of my child and myself for future!

It would be much more better with even more activities since we also get to know what activity to be involved in. Also more of English would be good since am not familiar with Hindi.

A Very useful and informative session with lots of interactive and fun activities which engages everyone. Lot of information received regarding what actually the garbhsanskar is how useful and important it is for the babies.

It’s good to spend time with baby. But unfortunately I am not having enough time to continue long webinar due to work constraints for next three months as it been scheduled long time ago. This evasion is really helpful for the type of moms that they can spend time. Tq u suriya it is nice
