The material is beautiful and the price is good compare to the quality only the service is not so good. I tried to call several times because my discount code did not work and nobody andwered the phone so i had to pay the full price. Ghair in sha Allah, i still keep ordering at sotra only 2 times already the discount code did not work so i could not use them. I hope they will improve custummer service (from the Netherlands)

Snelle levering, mooi kwaliteit kledij

I bought from sotra 3 khimars and a niqab. Their quality is amazing and the khimars are suitable for summer and winter too. The niqab material is so breathable and comfortable ma shaa Allah. I suggest their items for every woman who is looking for modest, comfortable and elegant clothes at the same time.

Super mooie stof Allaahuma baarik, kwaliteit! Raad ik echt oprecht aan, ik draag enkel de sotra-collectie in mijn dagelijks leven.

Ik heb de basic abaya, xxl saudi scarf, elastiek tieback niqab en saudie niqab gekocht. Alhamdullilah ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn bestselling en ben zeker een vaste klant nu. De stof van alle stukken is heel fijn en zacht en niet doorschijnend. De nuqoob zitten heel fijn. Ik was eerst een beetje skeptisch over de abaya, maar Alhamdullilah die is zo wijd!! Je ziet niks van mijn figuur en het is zo mooi en comfortabel!! Moge Allah SWT jullie zegenen en jullie belonen voor al het harde werk dat jullie doen!

Helaas erg trage verzending. Dit is de tweede keer dat ik er bestel en weer, ben ik al anderhalve week aan het wachten. Nog steeds niets binnen!

Ik heb 18 augustus iets besteld en het is nog steeds niet binnen ( heel jammer want er staat op de site tussen 2/3 dagen ) ik hoop maar dat het binnenkomt voor 4 september want dan verhuis ik
naar een ander land toe

Ik heb. Nu al 8 dagen geleden mijn bestelling geplaatst alleen is er nog niet eens wat opgestuurd.

Ik vond het heel leuk dat je zag hoelang en hoe breedbeeld jurk was voor elke maat. De website was overzichtelijk en je kon alles snel vinden. Nu wachten op aan bestelling, can't wait!!

Ik heb mijn bestelling niet volledig ontvangen. Ik krijg na weken geen reactie van ze, niet per mail, whatsapp, etc.

Edit: Uiteindelijk is het probleem opgelost.
