As always, Sophia Webster has the most exceptional customer experience. I had purchased a pair of Chiara block heels for my little sister’s college graduation in May while they were on sale for 30% off. A few weeks later (July) I got an email saying some styles were on further markdown at 40% off. I contacted the SW team and requested a price match as the shoes I had purchased for my sister were an extra 10% off during this sale. Taylor at SW immediately sent me a partial refund for the 10% discount on the shoes to honor the price match. I have no regrets purchasing from them!

This my 5th pair of beautiful Sophia Webster butterfly shoes! I appreciate the mid heel this time. Ordering went smoothly and really appreciated DHL delivery. They placed the package as requested and I was messaged when DHL was close and was able to track the delivery truck movement. Great delivery for great shoes!

Such brilliant customer service. The quality of soles on my much loved Sophia flats didn’t match up to previous purchases . Beautiful shoes
Shoes were beautiful but upper strap too loose as I only have a slim foot couldn’t adjust strap as buckle won’t adjust as sewn in same position so unfortunately had to return them.

Gorgeous shoes shipped quickly!
I ordered a second pair of shoes and was very impressed with how quickly they arrived. When I opened the box, I was also very pleased with what I saw. The shoes are gorgeous. They come with a dust bag to protect them. Once I slipped them on, the fit was perfect. I will be watching for future items with great anticipation as my collection of shoes grows.

I love the shoe selection
I love the shoe selection, though I tend to go with the slightly more sedate styles. They are well made with beautiful details. Shipping is fast and the shoes are well packaged. I've reached out to customer service in the past and they are very friendly and responsive. Lovely company.

I purchased the Vanessa wedge in midnight. Beautifully made and crafted. This is my third pair of shoes and so far I have not been disappointed. Sophia’s style keeps me coming back.

Worst company
Worst company. Taylor wrote me their return policy is scam. If you return unworn shoe, brand new, they won't refund and they will keep the shoe! I have their email saying that. What a shame. This is not a luxury brand. They are anywhere near that name or level.
I just regret I spent a lot of money on this brand. No more! Not me, not anyone I know. No more.

The only way in which you'd not be able to make a return is if you were outside of the returns timeframe which is 14 business days but we also had an extension on our website over the festive period, all of which is clearly outline don our returns pages.
Sadly, I'm unable to see more about your query so I've requested some more information from you so I can look into this in more detail as we of course want this resolved for you.

I am usually happy with my purchase…..
I am usually happy with my purchase, however this time I never received my delivery. My order was left in an open room main lobby that clearly states with several posted signs that All packages are to be delivered to the Luxer room on the 1st floor but the FedEx driver did not do that, therefore I never received the Christmas present I order for my granddaughter. I file a complaint with FedEx I was told Sophia Webster has to file a complaint. I know this is no fault to your company but I’m out of a lot of money with no answer.

I love Sophia Webster shoes for a while…
I love Sophia Webster shoes for a while but I qas never sure of my size when buying online as I never had one yet before. I have eyes on so many butterflies but never took the bullet until seeing the black shoes with the rose gold wings. So, I took the chance and hope that it the same size of all my usual shoe sizing. I was never disappointed. I know I will add more colour in the future.
Thank you Sophia for making the most dreamy and enchanting shoes. I love butterflies and you just hit my spot.

Great product, but poor standard of delivery
Great product, let down by delivery experience - on time (scheduled for the usual massive time window…), but the box simply tossed behind the gate….in the rain while I was out. Delivery note said left in a safe place/shed, but the attached image said it all! Luckily the shoes were still there and seem fine, and I’m sure my wife will love them. In fairness this poor level of delivery service is not confined to you, but it is nonetheless disappointing for a high end product.

3 years ago I bought my first special sandals, and since then I can’t stop buying them. I think I have an addiction. I bought my latiest sandals couple of days ago. I fell in love again and I fall in love every time I buy a pair of Sophia sandals. This is my 7th pair.🥰 I also have a Mariposa mini bag.
And recently I also got the book “Oh my Gosh, I love your shoes!👠” I really dooo!
The package is great, the delivery is fast.
