I had an ultrasound in December this year, conducted by Daniela Stan. She went extra mile and found an irregular growth, that was later inspected during biopsy. My consultant said she saved my life. Will always be grateful to Daniela.

Daniela is without doubt the best i have ever been to. She is incredibly knowledgable and informative. She gives advice after scans and very on depth reports. She is flexible for timings and appointments and communication is brilliant. I have seen her many times in Weymouth Street and will continue to do so. She is a credit to the ultrasound institution. I've had a lovely experience. Daniela was caring and very patient, even with my child disturbing the peace in her office. The ultrasound revealed an inflamation on the bursa, so she gave me very good advice on how to treat it. Thank you for your services, Daniela!

I had a reassuring appointment with Daniela. After being anxious about a lymph node I decided to book in privately and was very impressed that I could get a same day appointment with someone as experienced as Daniela. The ultrasound was thorough and all my questions were answered and I received a report the next morning with clear advice. Thank you Daniela for relieving some of my health anxiety!

Rude receptionist and very unprofessional understand we are paying you and they treat you worst then the NHS avoid at all cost they reply with lies too.

am a patient of Sonoworld since 2015. That’s was the first time was diagnosed with thyroid problems and on many occasions I was abandoned by NHS (including loosing a biopsy of worrisome lump). I fell in love with Daniela. She did my scan in a private care manner. I just needed comforting words at the time and opinion of a a knowledgeable radiographer.
She was right, it was just a lump to be watched and I watch it with her once a year just to be sure.
Thanks to her knowledge and the letter she gave me my endometrial polyps were also removed after bleeding like crazy for few months.
She is my breast doctor too and I do not go anywhere else because I want to be able to ask questions and leave the clinic with either a massive weight of my shoulder or a plan what to do next.
She is amazing! She is a human most of all and I can highly recommend her to whoever needs a professional check up.

I called up on the day to get my wife an ultrasound appointment for a lump she had found.
Had a very short and unfriendly conversation on the phone, but got the appointment booked in.

Once we arrived, we was told to wait in the waiting room.
A lady came out and called us in, as we both stood up, I was rudely told to sit down, as I questioned this, she told me I can not come up due to “covid times”
Not only was I not told this on the phone, but the way I was spoken to was horrendous.
The whole point of going private and paying this much money is so you have a better and faster experience.
It is not “covid times”, it is 16th september 2022.
Many many more clinics around here, if you want a “private” service, I’d recommend going elsewhere

As you can see I’ve written a review on this shoddy company already. I have emailed them regarding their absolute unprofessional conduct I received a reply saying they will be in contact shortly it’s been 10 days since I wrote on here and still no reply ….PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…Search another reputable company which will help you in your most vulnerable of times, instead of take the money and run outfit

One of the best experiencies I had with medical professionals. Daniela was able to spot a very rare tumor when other doctors told me it was just a tendinopathy. She is very professional, competent and respectful of the patient. I simply can't speak good enough about her. I've been there many times for other issues and my experiences have always been positive.

Horrible customer service. I didn’t even get to try it and after this I definitely will not. A “lady” called me to see if I would still be coming to the appointment and asked me in such a RUDE manner, she literally said “are you coming yes or no?!” What? Since when we address people like this? I tried explaining to this “lady” that the link to be able to cancel doesn’t work as I tried multiple times but she wouldn’t even listen to me and kept talking over me! It really beggars belief! Whoever owns this business, get your customer facing empoloyes some proper training. She lost you a customer today.

I'd been to see Daniela last week re a hernia issue. She has been fantastic to date. I even called the same day & she managed to squeeze me in several hours later. Her professionalism is second to none.

I had a persistent pain in my right breast for a while and because I can't be dealing with NHS forever waiting times I booked myself an appointment a breast scan with DR Daniela, what a top professional she is putting my at ease during the scan. I would recommend her 100%

I booked an ultrasound scan with Sonoworld on my rotator cuff, after I suspected I may have compromised a surgical repair I had done in November 2020.
I was sent a report and a receipt, but no images were attached to the report for me to show my consultant.
I’ve sent multiple emails, sent multiple texts messages and call many times. It seems I am now being ignored.
Now I’m going to have to fork out more money for another scan!
Do not trust this service, they’re quite obviously conning people!

Dr Stan immediately puts you at ease and listens with intent to all your queries.
She’s a wonderful sonographer and is very thorough.
I can’t recommend Dr Stan’s service highly enough. I will be back for sure!

Although appointment time ran late I was really impressed with the experience and service.

Great service with a highly skilled reassuring and lovely Sonographer - I was offered a same day testicular ultrasound. I have health anxiety and was worried and wanted reassurance and was too panicked to wait until Monday to see the GP - saw Daniela who reassured me and performed the scan - fortunately all was clear and promptly received the report - Extremely grateful and definitely recommend
